that was tough but a great lesson. for me money wasnt something you *saved*, it was something you *spent*. if i saved even half the money i pissed away ...I like money!
I've been in the position of not knowing if the next thing I buy will overdraw my account, scrounging quarters and dimes for gas money, etc., and I didn't like it one bit!
Busted ass at my job, started making some decent money, completely changed how I treated money, and now I'm starting to watch my savings account grow pretty quick, my checking account grows too, and i'm still able to pay all my bills and have money to go out and spend on "extras".
Took a lot of determination and hard work, but its paying off and I'm determined to keep working hard to reach complete financial freedom. Money is very important to me.
I absolutely hate money, I think there should be a salary cap at $250,000 a year. All these people playin sports makin 100 million in 5 years, with 4 houses and fuckin bently's, just throwin money away. If you cant live off of $250,000 a year, you are doin something wrong. just my
musicians, sports, expensive junk ... man i was *made* to keep them guys rollin in dough LOL
Money doesn't make you happy. Look at all the million and billionares that are completely misurable. Because they spent their whole life trying to get it, and when they finially do, they realized that their not happy. I work in an occupation that I have to deal with alot of rich and wealthy people. Half the time their assholes that think they rule the world, but don't get me wrong there are some nice ones.
So does taking a bong rip of Sour Diesel
I understand these people work hard for thier money, but come on. I have seen my dad, and many of my familey members work thier asses off just to put food on the table, and make sure we have a roof over our heads, with very little if any extra. And then these people walk around with 4 houses and a pool a square acre, i just think that there should be a salary cap, maybe not at $250,000, maybe go to a million.
And there would be so much more money in the economy, and more people would be happy. Money does not make you happy, but seeing family not being depressed, and alowing people to live a better life, is happy.
Yes i agree i dont want to argue this is just personal opinion.
