In my 50 odd years of cannabis use I can only remember once seeing dried bud that was considerably brighter lighter green than average. I haven't see any since; that was probably 30 years ago, when I was invited from BC down to Washington State for a summer solstice party, the fun of living in a border town.

My only experience is with (Chem Dog 91, Chem D, AJs sour, Joe Brands 91 and BigWoryms 91) I find selfing these or combining these together via selfing or sibling back to donor etc you’ll be guaranteed to find that neon green FUNK that stays true throughout its life! Also the chems are not difficult to reverse which is awesome! Hope that helps!

I am in my mid 70s with several chronic health issues, I have a personal production licence through Health Canada. Any suggestions as to where I could acquire a proper Chem to begin the process?
I just did a quick search and some Canadian seed sellers have Chem, I have never purchased a Chem strain.

I would suggest having a quick search here on ICMAG as I’m sure some vendors must work with the Chem family!

As for other companies CSI (USA) Sacred Cut Seeds (CAN) have solid seed versions….
