One rotisserie chicken
10 cups quality chicken broth
Sour cream
fresh cilantro
fresh cracked pepper
raw hawaiian sugar
wide egg noodles
2 shots American Whiskey
Bring 10 cups broth and two teaspoons raw sugar to low boil, add egg noodles and cook as directed. Add two shots whiskey two minutes after end of boil, and remove from heat.
Debone the rottiserie chicken into large pieces and discard bones. Add meat to broth/noodles. Stir gently , then ladle into bowls, with a dallop of sour cream dimpled, with a pool of basalmic, garnished with fresh cilantro, sprinkled with coarse fresh cracked pepper and sea salt
