Any time is a good time for an open-faced fried egg sammie!
I've been making these open-face fried egg sandwiches, using organic rosemary-olive oil sourdough bread, our homegrown tomatoes (Rainbows and Japanese black trifeles are the best here, or Isis Candy cherries), fresh, and raw organic goat cheese sent special delivery to us from chickenman. And of course, the stars of the show, The Eggs.

Damned, today is fast food day, for lunch I had prawns with noodles, coconut sauce, mushrooms and vegetables at the railway station and for dinner I´m gonna order a pizza by a delivery service.

Calamari in Panko breading, sauteed in butter.
