I have two credit cards. The Mastercard paid the transaction and then was blocked by my bank. I tried this mCC to buy a handheld vacuum from an Australian Online Retailer and was refused.

So I turn to my Visa card with a different bank. Harvey NOrman won't accept payment from this Visa CC. They have seen that the name is the same on the two Credit Cards, and though the Visa is CLEAN, they say no ?

Money laundering, sex trafficking, and insolvent trading are reasons companies are blacklisted. I am innocent, I do not know if a Spanish company is trading whilst insolvent >>

I AM NOT PRIVVY TO ANY FRAUD OR BREAKING OF ANY LAW.

You see, this BLOCK strategy assumes I am in CAHOOTS with the criminals in Spain. I am not !!!!!

Any other reasons ? Like I purchased Weed Seeds ? WTF !!!!! I could be buying a TEE Shirt or MUg. Fucking Shelf company, every heard of it, this is a joke !

Of note ! The transaction, that is the $, were paid to the fuchen bank account.

The procedure should be to stop $ being paid to "criminals", block the card first which stops the transaction.

The Banks/CC can't stop the payment because it is legal business in Spain / UK.

But it appears I have been identified as having purchased something not legal here in Oz.
as Harvey NOrman (huge ozi retailer) has refused sale on this and another unrelated card.

A deterance to further purchases - YES. I am contemplating the Legality of their actions. You see in Contract Law, you enter a shop, see the price, make an offer and the shopkeeper says YES. The shopkeeper can refuse your offer. The shopkeeper can refuse sale at any price.

This is the rule that Harvey NOman is relying on. Point I have, is that this is Privately Owned by 1000's of shareholders, their shop is really public space. Sure, not defined as such in Law, but this will counter in any considerations by a Judge/Magistrate, for instance.

Harvey Norman cannot tell yoiu (fuck typing error keyboard notasgood as laptop) to LEAVE THE STORE as a truly private storekeeper can. A private storekeeper can tell you to leave the store for NO REASON. Harvey Norman can't because it is Public Space not private space.

See how iven though there is no such law that a large retailer is Public Space, it works out that way, anyway....

With set prices, set set set fixed to the sticker, and a uniform product; the retailer is never in need of negotiating price like was envisaged in the contract offer/acceptance law for a shopkeeper.

So what I am saying, that it being "quasi" public space, that the price is fixed in practice over thousands and thousands of sales, they have breached the essence of what they are doing !!! and this means ::

1. Breaking their Aussie Chamber of Retailer fucking advisory policy do's that all Chamber of Commerce MEMBERS comply with.

Not much I agree. But they could be blacklisted !!!!!

So I think the Large Retailer's Invitation to Treat is actually an OFFER which I can ACCEPT by using the cc. They have to accept legal tender. Case closed.

Invitation to treat is to allow for contigencies such like : the goods on display have been sold , the price tags were not changed, the goods on display are for Harry who is coming later today. The seller can review the exchange for latest price and quantity.

In the electronic sphere such review is conducted when the Price Tag in put in place. When I make an "offer" I am actually straight off buying the product and once the transaction is completed - that is $ from my CC to them - they cannot reverse the sale.

Harvey NOman accepted my payment - funds actually left my account - then they said we "will review this" and later they denied the sale and refunded the $.

A court could decide that this is a good substitute for the Review that is Allowed in a Physical Store. Reversing the exchange because ME DR WATT paid money to fuchenbank account, which they somehow know is a WEED SITE.

It is the same as being refused entry into a Private Physical Store because the Store Owner doesn't like me.

A court could decide that this accept/refuse & refund is a good substitute for the Review that is Allowed in a privately owned Physical Store. Just like in a small store, it was decided that there is enough SOCIAL reason to refuse sale under their right to refuse sale for no reason just like a OLD World store. The SOCIAL reason, weed seeds are illegal, gives their actions logic but you must recognize that this law was for Store Owners with physical goods on display. (and yes, in their physical stores there will be similarities, except, imo, in regard refusal of entry for 'social' or personal reasons which is not available to large Dpt stores - how large ? Howabout 1-3 owners vs 30,000 shareholders !!!!!!!!!)

Except, that in a Old World store when you pay the deal is done and you could even physically grab the goods, within reason, and leave the store (better if you sue in court but maybe too much trouble ? )

To summarise, I am being dealt under THEIR right to refuse sale (mistaken law) for Social / Credit Card / Banking ADVISORY criteria.

Let me repeat that : ADVISORY CRITERIA which is not law. An example - "This Shopping Mall does not allow Flip Flop Footwear", if you wear flip flops they will escort you outside, you could sue for assault/battery, they could sue you for trespass after advising that yhou are not welcome, .......

The $ transfer should never have happened. They seem to HUMANLY review the CC with some list. Point is this BLACK list is not integrated with their payment system because it would stop the sale BEFORE $ time.

At any rate, I reckon I have a really good case to FORCE HN to HONOUR THE SALE.

btw i don't reckon i got any help here at icmag, and definitely makes me feel very un-special. If bank transfer avoids this as it has with one/2 banks before then I'm dissapointed, actually, any means for non fuck i'd appreciate.


btw the msnl beans are all duds (all 40 or so for memory) including the OG Kush replacements for the duds they sent first. (2 days in maybe change)

Sending this burnt plant to the bath for 2 weeks has produced results. The tray was cropped at 9.5wks so this plant will go 12 WEEKS 12/12 !!!!!!!

This plant will give at least 3oz. As I got 19oz from the table this run produced .75g/w under 2x400wHPS. I still think PPP is 'ONE BONG GEAR' ! and so this is a good result.

From Box A I"ve kept one Bubblegum Pheno (#5), it had more roots and kept flowering for longer, and could do well in a dedicated grow.

Looks pretty well.

Yeh, well I couldn't be F'd to audit how many msnl seeds failed and I got my brother to buy the vacuum cleaner, which he has done already, it has a one touch empty and a stand so you don't have to manually plug it in and washable filters. The dyson has filters, not sold by the same retailer, that have to be replaced every 6mths, but with so many models you need to make sure you can buy the replacement filters (from ebay for instance) before you buy -

I had 2x250wHps on 20ft which is 25w/ft2. The temps run about 22c so I upped one light to 400w last night (32.5w/ft) which 'fixed' the temp but I think too bright !!!

BubGum - I reverted to veg from bloom and they have flowered early

BHO outside !!!!! I didn't and feel embarrassed, um, cos it killed a plant outright ! which reminded me how concentrated the gas was and that I BREATHED IT !!

I looked at the leaf/bud material after BHO (rate 175ml per oz or nearly a full can) and was DISSAPOINTED how MUCH MATERIAL REMAINED !!! I'll estimate it removed less than 20% of the resin !!!!

The dry sift was 'flat' so I added BHO. Don't know if BHOing over the resin is 'how it is done'.

I originally thought the msnl Cheese was some sort of pedigree. The plants lost vigour late in the bloom and the yield was bad. GreenGene says (Jacks Hydro 3:2:1 Tutorial https://youtu.be/KUoTFGXfb60) Epsom Salts is one of 4 inputs : Pt A, Pt B, Epsom and White Shark. To fix pH I've been adding Lime, which is really just sand, to my RW and running my low pH rez water through Lime in a plunge coffee tube - very effective. Laugh, my pH is now over 8 in one rez ! Hope it still works !! Anyway, the Cheese smokes okay, despite no resin due to premature fade.
