I'm lucky... my wife lets me spend whatever I want, she knows we have to spend money to make money.
I recognize the oil drain pans in the pic above, but what is the orange bowl? I was going to use those drain pans but they're awfully small.

I cant blame my girl.. My 1st season turned out perty harsh ta say the least..
I had to give away 6-7 oz cause I wouldn't smoke it...lol
The red bowl is part of my 3-4 level ppk pot..
I had to enlarge the 2 small holes and add fabric inorder to keep the terface in place...
I will have this up tonight..
The pans are small yet in doing a seed run with short veg so it make a good tester.

Only a few of each BATF-HP 3-4 and can only see 1 on kong so far (sure there's more)
All seeds are on the right buds (where I put pollen)
Though not all buds pollinated show seeds.. Could be in the center though.
Going to have to give these ladies a couple extra days...
BATF #1 Will be cut today... Day 61...

3/23/13 B A T.F #1 Cut Day 61...
She threw just a couple ambers and since she not showing seed I cut her..
(I suspect ta see some inside the one nug I pollinated)
She was also the main ladie still showing PM (though very lite)
I sprayed with FF milk/water on day 60.
She is in my unused closet with the Duhey and a fan.. No exhaust in there..
Give her a couple days then trim down and place in the grow room outside the tent as ta keep a eye out for PM in cure..
I might dunk in a 5 gallon bucket of water after shes bone dry if PM pops up in mass.. idea being.. Bone dry-dunk slow and easy-let dry a couple days then jar.
Fingers crossed she dont PM on me...
Right now she barley shows any.. (Could only find 2 specks between nugs and stems)
So my confidence is high...
H.P. showed just a touch as well so I sprayed her day 60.
Cant find any day 61..
The other 2 ladies are clean as is the rest of the tent so no wash..
Obvious that B.A.T.F #1 (from my cloning in bad environment)was the source of my PM battle this grow. ..
Yet I beat this PM biatch back (up to 12 ladies showed PM at one point)
Then almost killed the PM all together(so close) lol
I look at growing (growers) the same way as Riding motorcycles (bikers)
There are 2 type's of each..
Bikers- Those that have gone down & those that are going to go down...
Growers- Those that have been there & those that will be there...
I have been down ONCE and that was enough.
I have now had (mites and PM) ONCE and am glad ta have them out of the way off the list and experienced before I grow for yields...
She also had no pulse/top feed till mid-flower as I started these 4 before the system was ready.
Also BATF #1 was defoilated and picked at the hardest.
#2 has a little less and the cloned copy ladies on day 30 whatever have even less as a side by side and to see what she like and dont like..
I've been try to cram years(different styles/tech's) into one as ta get to know her faster.

Then....

So the manifold was really easy ta get out (this without plants in the way)
Still had 2-3 llittle leaks soooo... Plumbers glue then 2 coats of spray. ..
A couple hours with a fan between each and a day ta dry...
Monday I place the clones in the pots..

Well it's keeping them going and in a couple days im going. To either spread the ladies out OR stack the 600/430 on the upgraded side once the other 3 ladies get cut And move them to that side...
Think I'll stack so as to take the old system (haha OLD) out and have better access to the Veg closet ...
I have 2 other cords I can DIY.. great... another thing on the list...

Sup my friend. It blows me away.. No matter how hard I try and make this PPK difficult. . She keeps getting easier. Leaves lots of time ta play around...lol

I got her built and ready ta try her out...
There are 4 holes on the totes lid as I might add a Air pot as a 4the layer at a later time.
You can see how tight the fit is with fabric wick patches.
Needed ta keep turface from the bottom tote.
The green pop tops are reused wicks from smart pots and form a tunnel for the 4th pot
Here you can see the 2nd pot has no patch as it is sitting on the 1st bowl

Filled with Turfafe A.S.P. & very lite perlite mix (shifted then washed) lol.
The top (pop top) still has a bottom and creates a seal till needed.
I can either take out the pop top or drill the bottom out then run the 4th pots 1.5" wick through the other two 2" pop top tunnels.
I would place clones by size.

When y'all say the wick has gained freedom from working as a wick and now chills as a drain(Thanks to high volume frequent pulsing) Why not move on up ta the east side..lol
So this pops up in my mind and I wonder....?....
What about the Perched Water Tables and Air Gaps.
Will leaving the 1/4" gap between the top pots wick holes (no fabric patch)
Help with the PWT issue or allow roots to compete for space by allowing a path (though roots will go through the fabric) So would need ta make a solid fit for wicks.
Just how much volume of water will each level drain & will they all be the same pace.
Now were talking 3x the water = Needs bigger line's through out inorder to move the volume between cycles.
(Talking for Tree size) 5 month VEG.
(Seeds)Well I know my tote can handle 6 1/4" feed rings with 5-6 holes each 20 time a day for a minute each.
Why not use 2 rings per level and have the 4 hour break in the dark.
If this works...

3 Blue totes stacked 2 inches back each level (from left to right) lenth wise.
Ill snap some pictures..(again tree's)
There's more ways you could set the totes.. for different strain needs.criss crossed
Allowing 2 ladies per tote level..lol

This being a seed run I figure what better way ta test a idea.
I would run the same strain on each level yet... I only have 2 of each strain and plan on doing a Fem & Reg Bean run on each strain..
So what do I put in her ? Humm... I'll just go by size of clone for a even canopy.
There's just so many things I could see this type set up doing.
So many ways I could build this IDEA...

1st trim of the season.. Not the greatest yield yet good quality and most buds are dense.
Not expecting much from the 1st 4 as they had minimum pulsing and a hard grow. ..
There's a huge difference in the cloned ladies 30 days behind this one..
