My 4 girls at 8 days of 11/13. They're healthy and sucking up the nutes at an accelerating pace. I'm going to up-pot them to 6 gal each in about a week. Pistils are just starting to appear. No noticeale aromas yet.

16 days of 11/13. I repotted the 3 large ones into 7 gal pots today and the smaller one into a 5 gal pot. The plants are happy and healthy. I'm hoping for another 6 inches of stretch out of the tall ones but we'll see. I probably should have vegged them for another 2 weeks.

Glad you transplanted them to bigger pots @Smiley plants have a darker color now, storing more nutrients, and root systems have more space and will be more developed to face a healthier flowering of higher potential.

Thanks dubi, they stretched another 8 inches after repotting and are starting to flower in earnest. The short one only stretched another 4 inches. For now, they seem very happy.

Greetings My good Haze Lovers!
Here's my first humble try with C5 x KC, sowed 3 seeds, the 3 sprouted in 18h/24h, grown in home made soil mix compost rich in worms and life, bugs control done @ early stage with regular spraying of a very light black soap mix every 72h. #1 & #2 growing under 300w led, #3 under 400W HPS, EC slowly raising to 1.5 with little N.

#1 smells milky/soapy-fermented milk/encens with earthy hashy indica-ish after notes. Very resinous.
#2 smells fruity exotic very exciting piney with touch of green lemon, my fave in smell, good amount of resin.

Give tanx to @dubi and @Yo Sammy for giving us the access to such great genetics, it's an awesome opportunity for me to grow some sweet stuff like these! Gives me good some good flash back to the strains i grown at the end of the 90's when i started.

Thanks @JAHNODUB and @smilley for posting your grows. C5 Haze x Kali China is one of the most interesting hybrids IMHO, but has not gotten much attention lately. Please keep us updated.
We all suffer from the fact that there are so many "most interesting" ace strains...

Fully agree bro, so much jewels and treasure to find! 95% of my growings are now dedicated to ACE genetics! I was mainly runnings Mr nice for mostly sativa and Philo for indica/sativa hybrids, before 2022/2023 but i don't regret the move!

this one growing under 400w HPS + led, sorry for the interpolating aliasing flickering on the pics due to differents types light sources and bad quality camera...
I would love to know what are the influence in those 3 pheno's as i never grown KC or C5 alone...

As they ripen, the plants will concentrate on resin and terpene production, making the buds tighter and heavier.

@Yo Sammy Nuff respect to you for the preservation of all those Neville's cuts, and for all the infos you shared here about Neville's work. Really excited to grow some more C5 hybrids in the future!(already caught R+D Zamaldelica x C5) this year i'm going to test the more A5 hybrids i can do for sure, will keep update!
@dubi thank youso much for the info about the pheno's! much apreciloved! i will keep on updates about flowering and terpene's/aroma profiles. already quite a few of them on the vegging room can't wait !

They're not perfect anymore, dubi. About a week ago I mixed a batch of feed and ended up with ph 5.7. The entire grow I've been feeding at 6.4 but I went ahead and watered at 5.7. They didn't appreciate it at all. Too low. The leaf damage is apparent and probably root damage as well. I'm back to my usual routine but the damage is done. They still look ok but certainly far from perfect. My bad!!

No worries @smilley looks like one suffered it more than the other.
Keep watering-feeding in correct ph and new growth will be healthier.

Some lil update with the C5 x KC @ 8weeks flo (10weeks switch) EC lowered @ 1.2 and in progressive lowering, very little N.
Crazy vigourous strain! amazingly strong and resistant. Strong hormonal vitality!
A real pleasure to grow!
Buds becoming loud and heavy on the #1 & #2 and needs tutoring
#1 smell changing milky odor is less present, sweet lemon/lime clearly replaced it, deep incense notes and slight wood polish notes. Resinous +
#2 smell the delicious Ripe Mango & PineApple with little lime notes. Resinous +. This one gives me record to some Mango Haze (Shantibaba/MNS) i've grown in the past
