About what Mr Country?
That is really stupid advice. Do not use your own name and do not use your grow address if you have a choice.Use the seedbanks with confidence, using your own name, credit card and home address, .
yo hammer thanks' but knew that to, wont' except sri over here to send to there. they want' a bloody name like mr david hill. ya know. not s.r.1. thanks'.
I understand what you are saying but on the odd occasion people have been busted by importing a small quantity of seeds in the mail. There was a guy on another site a few years ago who got raided as a direct result of ordering seeds with a credit card to his own address.Say what you want about Mudgecko's tone or opinions fellas but what he's saying is true.
Bottom line: too much mail, too little time.
Yes "this shit" might be illegal but to round up the deputies and sheriffs and go over to little Johnny's house over of a pack of 10 seeds he ordered online? There'd have to be a shite load of corroborating evidence, eg. wire taps, witnesses etc. Otherwise that would be an enormous waste of police time/money.
If your seeds are wrapped up well and aren't in the thousands, nothing to worry about.

ROANNE JOHNSON | July 7th, 2010
A CASTLE Hill man has been busted importing marijuana seeds from the UK to create his own home-grown hydroponics operation in a unit owned by his mother.
Australian Customs and Border Protection Service intercepted a package on August 16 last year.
It was headed to a local unit complex from Ireland addressed to a "Terry White".
Officers at a New South Wales port became suspicious after checks on the local residence revealed no one who lived at the address went by that name.
Upon further inspection of the package it was revealed to contain three packets with ten cannabis seeds each. The packets are sold legally overseas from a cannabis seeds supply company, under the brand names "Dutch Passion", "White Label" and "Flying Dutchman".
Brett James Dickson pleaded guilty yesterday in the Townsville Magistrates Court to several drug-related offences, including unlawfully producing, supplying and possessing a dangerous drug.
Police prosecutor Senior Sergeant Greg Mobbs said the 36-year-old man was arrested when police attended a Castle Hill address. Officers went to the Mills St unit, owned by the defendant's mother, on June 12 this year.
Dickson admitted to police when they arrived that the seeds were his and then gave them a tour of his in-house hydroponics set-up.
"He revealed he was growing cannabis," Sen-Sgt Mobbs said.
"He showed police eight plants located in the bathroom off the main bedroom."
The prosecutor said the marijuana plants were being grown under a sophisticated hydroponics system. "They were under several lights, being ventilated by fans, using a power converter and an amount of fertiliser," he said.
While in the main bedroom 26g of cannabis were found in a bowl and more hydroponics lights located in the cupboard.
The defendant admitted buying the equipment from an online hydro store. In total 105g of cannabis was found in the unit.
A mobile phone was also seized with a text message revealing Dickson had supplied the drug to a friend in April, 2010.
However, he claimed to police he did not sell cannabis and that drug deal was "a one-off thing".
Defence lawyer Ali Lyons said Dickson, who is currently unemployed but once worked in real estate, turned to cannabis to address some health problems.
"He had two heart attacks two weeks apart in 2009 and suffers from anxiety,' Ms Lyons said.
"He took up smoking it when a friend offered it to him and he started growing it after that for personal use."
Magistrate Peter Smid did not record a conviction for the defendant who had a clean record.
Dickson was ordered to do 60 hours of unpaid community service.
hi, this was in tas prob about 12 months ago, going by my court app. the small post office did the money order, then it was sb, ok we take it has gone through, waited for my s. tooth. after a fair wait, fuk to long ago to remember, went to post office after we did enquiries, money order did not go through, got money back. p.o people said w. union would not let go through without full name. we rang w. union. syd office said no send without name. they were at time under investigation for m. laundering. and other nice type things for certain bods. mate we asked the same bloody question, how the fuk do you send to any comp. i agree lol. it happened i dont know what there stance is know .i guess we could all ring w.union and find out. i sure as hell dont make this crapp up.lol. ps .it was sb now.sri.who knows maybe i was the only one in the world lol .If they wont print SRI on the moneyorder, then how does people do mail order with any company?
How would you send a moneyorder to any company, SMC, BMW, MCI, AT&T, AMC, etc..?
I guess i just dont "get it" and am lucky to still be able to buy a blank moneyorder.
ya crazy i have no problem with paying any other seed mob i use , from uk via yet, i noticed they have changed their faqt sheet probaly wont show up until finale bit where it asks how you pay.lol. was good site ,pay at local bank lol bang yer done.Similar crap happens to me, except the mail is lost here in the states months before begins its voyage across the water. When i send cash, i use registered mail, i can track it down to the last postal worker who touches it (and i have done just that before).
When i send it Priority mail, and they jerk me around about declaring customs value, they think im going to declare customs on a letter. They even told me they changed the law and i have to declare customs, and i say "They changed the law over the last week?" So they mail it.. but not priority by any means unless its low priority in a priority envelope.
Funny thing is... My order gets back to me in less than a week once payment arrives.
So i know you dont make it up, the same things happen to me, but in a different way.
Where they get you with moneyorders, they get me with out bound mail.
good one mate, come by racing pigeon eh,lol.48 seeds arrived in my box today.
They cant get them all.
