i bet those wildflowers have "livingston" in their name...which is funny because he never set foot in new mexico yet he got to name dozens of species

There’s a couple/few Wheeler Peaks too. That dude got around. Wheeler in NM Wheeler in NV…think he was in charge of the survey crew.

I take my hat of to you.

As a younger man I trained extensively in an external art, but hated running, although I did it as part of training.

These days, when I'm not recuperating, I practice an internal art and also do a little yoga; The thought of running horrifies me. I do quite like to walk in the mountains that surround us.

^ Had the wife helper with me this morning. …enjoying and working on the sisters…just a little bit of crimping, folding, and wiring. No big session.

Drying trend. Mid 80’s with 10 mph nw winds….mostly sun. Chance of passing T cells minimal today…but 60% on Tuesday afternoon. Even if that happens…at least these current days are helping out with the drying.

Sister #9 is the most affected by the week long soaking…constant wet feet. But there is some yellowing leaves on #13, #4, #1, and #11….to different degrees. Some it may be the flower phase stretch…using up N…but since it happened over a course…of time…with so much precipitation…I’m more inclined…to diagnose it…as being water logged and somewhat drowned.

Nothing I can do really. They’re tuff plants…and the weather is now cooperating. Should be without too much hiccup…or any at all.

Championship Rounds

Took a dead cactus shot to the head. The hair saved the face from spines

Figured it was a good time for a break. Stopped on a familiar rock outcropping..got very high…then busted out…the rest of the run. Was in beast mode….slaying…full power
