I hope they are at least making money now..With that legal warehouse grow
from what i've heard they only have two flowering rooms at 23 days in going now...i don't think that's even an entire building...

unc's rule #1 of large build-outs...it's going to cost 2-3 times as much as estimated and take 4x as long to finish as you think...

so no,i bet they're still bleeding money like crazy

New bike day again already.

This time its a used 20 in specialized riprock for the 6 year old. Graduated from push bike to pedal bike this week. I felt so bad teaching her to pedal on a department store bike. Took her one day of pedaling and we got her a real bike. Obviously this one rides great and she is already riding a whole city block with out training wheels or me holding her. Now she needs to learn to push off and start on her own. And take more control when she starts turning too much.

Maybe get her on some nice technical downhills next week.

all uphill there and back, huh...
the initial climb isn't so bad except for one very sandy section,it's all the shilly shallying waiting for the group to re-group...plus the section to get into the canyon i recall as being kinda dicey, then the canyon itself is no picnic...
and i admit it's mostly my crappy attitude towards riding with a bunch of people...i end up getting annoyed...if i'm riding i want to ride, not stop every 10 minutes...

I rarely make it to the local group ride. It starts with a 40 minute drive to the trail. The group usually splits into 3 or 4 groups. Slow, not as slow, fun pace but I prefer a little faster and then the group of riders that I can keep up with skill wise but they still kick my butt I keep up with them for a while.

There is a slow ride around town. Used to be fun when it was a hundred people and no police escort. I guess car drivers were complaining so now an off duty cop drives in front of everyone and goes way to slow. So I don't do that anymore unless one of the kids ask me to.

yeah, these are more "gravel" rides along the ditchbanks and river usually...it's the getting through town parts i don't like..mainly because i have to ride the streets every day and these group rides are just piss off drivers cluster fucks on the roads...intersections are the worst part...i'm used to finding my own gap in traffic and laying down a "i don't wanna die" sprint if need be...
the rides could be better organized too,it would be nice if there was a fast dogs group and a one for the slower folks...

and it's fucking gross and humid out today, just riding to the store i got soaked in sweat...of course i was fucking around on the fat bike which made me want to go since it's a stupid fun bike to ride...just maybe not in a group...
