i understand if you have to handle the plants ,but the larger the scale the more practical trellis coupled w drip systems are.Hey Co
The reason I dont trellis is so I spot any problems early.
We pick up and move each plant every feeding. each of my worker lift up the pots to feel if they need water or not and doing this ables them to look for any early signs of pests or mildews
I like trellis but its not practical on this scale
Cheers
Hi Sun
Yes Im totally a fish out of water with outdoor. I think my soil was to hot "oh well" I tried it and although it was fun I wont be doing it again anytime soon maybe when i'm semi retired.
I
will stick to indoor and greenhouse.
Cheers
Short indoor trips are easy..theres no time for anything to go wrong really...the wheat separates from the chaff keeping them going from april until october..nice new barn, I agree itd make a cool drying room.

yes, the soil producers in california have trouble keeping up with demand so often the soil is very hot....if you try again try straight promix in at least 200 gallon smart pots with mycos added and your indoor nute line, water/feed daily and stand back...run the blue dream as a test, I bet you will get a 15 foot round bush....Ive done it
trust me I have done it and in this game the only way to be successful is to narrow down anything that can go wrong.
.....
What works for me bud may not work for others I'm just stating my methods and hoping to help you guys out and hoping to get tips from you too
reduce points of fail.
every pump, timer, foot of dripline, emitter, light mover, is a potential point of fail.
of course human error exists.....
