How can you be ceratain its not off gassing. It looks as if it is or can be, off gassing can look very different depending on plant stage, strength of gas, temps etc.
I'm currently dealing with my second off gassing in a grow. The first time it took me a couple of years to suss it out, and I was following all the deficiency, water quality routes as most people do for these symptoms.
Let me give you something to ponder. You've been having issues for a couple of years yes? The same stock do well in other grows, friends etc. probably in the same area/water supply, and you give them a specifically designed cannabis nutrients. Do you really conclude that there are long term deficiency problems from the above. Off gassing is too easily overlooked, and responsible for a lot of the problem grows and sick plants on this and other sites. I agree that there are nute deficiencies and inability to take up the nutes properly, but I believe the route cause for this and many like it is off gassin, and once sorted the plants will be healthy and give better yields, regardless of how well you do now.
Check a list of possible gassing contaniments, there are so many. The most serious in modern homes is carpet and carpet glue. Just drawing air from the house that has one or two carpets, new or old is enough to kill or mame plants.
I'm not here to be a troll, I'm serious, I went through such hard frustrating times sorting the problem out two or three years ago, once I put in a sealed room with fresh air intake my yields trippled. This time, my first here, I have the same problem but much mmore severe, the place has new carpets throughout, apart from the grow room. The neg pressure is enough to bring enough poisonous gas to kill plants dead in a week. I'm hoping I've saved mine now I've upped the ventilation to HUGE and fresh air intakes from out doors. The neg pressure is still too high though and am currently screwing battons all over the place to prevent the black and white imploding into the room. I need more air in to cope with the output fan, a 8inch RVK L1, I currently have 2 6inch passive ducts coming in and a 4inch RVK powered intake. I still have way too much neg pressure going on, but will be sorted in the next couple of days. The girls, early veg stage, have taken such a hiding, I can only hope they can make it back.
Seriously mate don't discount off gassing, if I was a gambling man, which I am I'd put 7-1 on that your issue is some form of off gassing.
Rhino are one of my favs, and quite tollerent to nute variations, as I remember thay don't like their food too strong and spicy ;-)
Hope this helps to at least go through what I've said, if it bears out, its gonna save you a lot of stress and wild deficiency chasing IMO.
Good luck with solving tings
