Hi biggreen,
this is my first post, Ive been lurking in the shadows reading about these under current setups. Joined cuza your thread!!
I think your grow is amazing, real healthy lookin ladies! Im really considerin switchin from soilto one of these, but was just really curious as to your final yield from the 2k? did you hit 4 pounds?
Was wonderin also if when using an auto top up to keep the resevoir full, do you use an airstone and/or waterpump in it? or is it just sitting still and gravity fed when required?

I still dont know the yield because I still have 2 plants to trim. If I dont hit 4#s its gonna be real close. I always keep a air stone in my res.
The under current is the shit. It makes the growing easier with how stable it keeps everything.

Well I trimmed today for another 3 hrs with 3 dudes. Im sure the yield is gonna be retarded. I pulled down 1 string of pk and it filled a paper bag 1/3 of the way. I still have 1 big ass 1/2 of a plant to trim. So in about a week I will have final numbers. I will surely take some dried bud pile pics as well. Im guessing that I have at least 3#s still drying out if thats right I'll be right around 5#s. Like I said I will be happy with 4#s in the UC with the pk my first run. Next run I wont be happy unless I hit at least 5#s.

hey also what kind of reflective film is that? that looks like sun film ultra or what is it?
also if you can check out my thread. I plan to put 2 1k's for veg on 4x5x8 (well close to cut a few inches around)
is this fine? or what would you do? using botanicare aeroponics aerojet 4 tray.
and for flower i plan to do 4 1k's again with aerojet 4 tray

thanks for the reply biggreen,
thats why im so drawn to the undercurrent, the nutrient levels seem to stay good and stable and every grow ive seen using it looks amazing! havnt tried hydro before, but want to go dwc.was thinkin try a single bucket for a first run instead of trying to go all out.
if it goes half decent il probably end up building an undercurrent instead of buying one due to my location! should the airstone in the auto top up be as large as the one in the epicenter?
really hope you hit the 5# this run, though 4# is also very impressive and what il be aiming for!

bg u killed it that lvpk is a gem in everyones garden never fails to impress i think its the only strain that has no haters at all i never seen or heard one bad comment on it and thats how its supposed to be i think it may be the grail congrads on the harvest cant wait to see more pk porn

Hell if you hit 4 then you essentially are at 2 per light and that’s the Holy Grail indoors. Are you including the hempys with those #'s or stictly uc weight? All in all a very sweet prize, can’t wait for the detailed smoke report...

Gus 2 1ks over 4x5 is to much just use 1 in a magnum xxxl hood.
Theghost it doesnt matter what size stone goes in the rez I just like to keep the water moving.

I know I will get a lot more next run but this run has came in at 1760 grams of dried bud from the UC. Im missing probably a lb because I pulled and replace 3 plants that were 10 days behind the rest. That gave me 3 plants at least 18" smaller than the rest.
Im in the planning of expanding the room from 12x10 to 12x13. Im gonna run 2 UC 8xls side by side with 4k of lights flipping 2k every 2 hrs. So Im hoping to at least double my yields with only running 2k worth of juice.

FUCK YEAH!!! thats awesome man and thats gotta be a stinky ass house with all that pk in there huh? and i cant wait for the pk VS frostitute UC grow im actually excited like waiting for the next episode of X-files to load exept its longer and danker,cant wait for it to start.
