Thin Mint Cookies

34 days into flower and smells like some type of pie, crust and all and an incense shop lol. Forming a nice bud structure, resin tacos and turning purple on the bud tips. Even the fan leaves are getting frosty. Loving her.

So in the most recent photos of everything. Can you take some shots that are A little closer then the closest shots in those pictures? Theyre nice photos but I wanna see some good close ups lol. They look good in those pictures, so im thinking it can only get better..

That Oregon Lemon is lookin better each time you show her bro! The Tahoe is lookin real OG like, well like it should. Is the lemon smell stronger or changing at all on the Oregon? Whos the breeders again?

Does the Cookies structure look spot on cookies, even right now in early-mid flower? I was trying to look at early calyx structure, but kinda hard to see in pictures lol.

Haha no doubt I'll try to get some extreme close ups the next time around the plants. But yeah the Lemons have impressed me. I didn't know what to expect from this strain bc before seeing it on the menu I never heard of it. A pleasant surprise and I hate surprises lol. The smell is more of what I would imagine a well grown Face Off OG would smell with a hint of the lemon peels thrown in there. Smells like it's going to taste fantastic. The guys at Archive Seeds are the breeders, they have a website that you can check out and they have some excellent strains. Alot of Face Off OG crosses. The Thin Mints look spot on Cookies to me. I can tell the way the buds are forming and the resin content it's a no doubter. Another tell tell sign is the internode spacing. Along with the smell of course which is crazy by the way. I hope it puts out some unusually large buds. It may turn purple to, we'll see.

I wonder how the next run would've been if you took some clones from the same exact Clone that your flowering out right now? In the cookie thread ALOT of guys are saying and showing that each run of clones they took from their first run with A cut got better and better. Even looked completely different each run

Pleasant surprise!!!!

Pleasant surprise!!!!

Stumbled into my backyard today to do a little spring cleaning and look at what I find growing!!! 4 tulips and 2 lilies. Just like the lilies inside my flowering tent I thought I managed to kill these also because literally for months nothing sprouted even a little bit so I stuck these two pots in a corner and honestly forgot about them. Put a smile on my face to see these plants actually thriving, corny I know but I like to grow all types of plants😎🌷🌱.

Bro here are a few close ups, maybe these are a little clearer. The quality of the uploaded photos aren't no where near to the originals.

That's interesting🤔😎.

Oregon Lemon's.

Oregon Lemon's.

Exactly 8 weeks into flower, here are a few close ups. The smell is indescribablely dank. Recommend all growers to give this strain a try. A keeper imo.

Tahoe OG.

Tahoe OG.

8 weeks on the dot in flower, stinky, stinky, stinky lol. I can easily smell these plants standing 3 or 4 feet away. No exaggeration I've smelled these Tahoes outside of my garage which makes me a little nervous. But they smell sooooo damn good lol. A few close ups.

Thanks alot bro!!! But man your Sour Kush, WWK and GG4 look like perfection dude, great job.

"Vanilla Phoenix"-No doubt, yo I've been meaning to ask you how is that halo watering system working for you? I've been wanting to set up an automated feeding system for awhile now. If you don't mind can you post pics of the setup, that would give me some inspired ideas bro. Keep killin it homie.

I second Harrys question! Ive been looking at A bunch of different Auto //watering systems.. I dont need anything really expensive or intense to set up lol. Just need it for about up to 8 plants for my flowering tent. It would be awesome if I had some reassurance that they didnt wilt badly and dry out like I saw them 30minutes ago haha!!

Those Oregons look real sticky bro. I know im saying this from only seeing pictures haha. But they do look sticker then some of the other strains. Are you flushing them at all?

Exactly, dude from what I can see and its based off of the photos but it seems like that watering system is kicking major ass for Vanilla Phoenix!!! His plants look amazing and I mean EVERY strain that he's growing. My local hydroponics store will actually design the perfect automated feeding system if I bring them the layout of the grow, plant count, grow room size etc etc. I gotta take advantage because removing hella plants multiple times a week to feed/water is getting old or maybe I am lol. At any rate automatic feeding seems like a win win. As far as the Oregon Lemons it's my favorite plant, exceeded my expectations. With your skill I'd like to see you give it a run bro. And yes it's hella sticky but the stickiest right now is the Tahoe but the Lemons is right on par. The density has me grinning right now. I'm flushing the Lemons and the Tahoe right now preparing for the ending. Can't wait to taste these Lemons though.

LOL "with your skill I'd like to see you give it a run bro"

WDF LOL^ damn homie, I didnt think I was still THAT bad.. I know im still learning from all of you, but shieeet.

Damn, I wonder how much theyre gonna charge you though. IF its expensive, maybe it would be cheaper to give them the layout and ask them what you'll need.. Then source the equipment somewhere else? Then just pay them to put it together..

Yeah man, an Auto Feed or Drip system would be so much better. IF i got sidetracked or something today, My plants most likely wouldve been totally dead tomorrow, they where wilted horribly bad.. Plus im honestly not to sure if im giving the plants enough water every single time. or if all areas of soil or coco are even getting saturated.

Wow, So the Tahoe right now is in the lead? What about the GG and Cookie? Havent been seeing you talk about the GG as much anymore.. Which ones are visibly the frostiest?

What are your temps at during the day now? Have you ever tried putting some ice cubes in your water during flush about 5minutes before you actually water them? ALOT of people say it tricks the plant into thinking winter is here, so it goes into overdrive to produce flowers/pistils..

In my opinion, Im thinking its so it gets bigger thinking the bigger it gets, the bigger chance it has to get pollinated? Or it knows its going to die so uses everything to produce flowers for some reason..

Believe it or not, I hand water EVERYTHING! Lol. I use halos but only to water the plants in the back of the tent. The 1/2" tubing from the halos goes to funnels I have hanging. So I just poor the water in the funnels to water plants in the back. I cant really setup an auto feed system because my plants are one week apart in flowering so I harvest one plant every 8 days...give or take. So my nutrient solution is different on most all of em. So I'm mixing up nute solution for each individual plant that needs watering on that day! It's really a pain in the ass! Hahaha :biglaugh: Not to mention outta the 8 plants I keep flowering, I'm running 5 different strains and got more I'm about to rotate in.

I just stuck into flower a GG4 that I transplanted into an organic water only soil. Hopefully I can just give it water the whole flower time. If it works I'm gonna start using this method and save my ass some time and hassle. I love the results from Botanicare but since I dont mono crop, it gets crazy keeping up with all the nute schedules and when to use bloom boosters. You should see the charts I fill out daily to keep up with all of em!

Thanks for the kind words too, Harry. While I was planning out my new 5x9 tent I'm running now, I was all over your thread and pictures in your albums getting ideas. So having you point out that what I'm doing is working out, means alot. Because part of what you do is in my grow. :tiphat:

Nothing fancy really. I got the idea from another member here named Abby Normal. He was using this in his thread to hand water plants growing in a scrog in a tent. It kept him from bending over and having to water under the screen.

I just started using this method so it's still evolving in my setup. If the water only thing works out, I'll probably setup an auto water system then. Well, as much as you can growing in soil.

44 days into flower and by the size of the buds it seems that these hot ass Oakland days have affected the growth. Or is this just how TMC grows? Smells very unique, like a floral inscence, not very dank like I thought it would be but a very pleasant aroma rather. 6 weeks in and 3 or 4 weeks to go.
