About the brown root's it don't look like you need to worry at all, it happens often in aeroponic and hydroponic that the root's turn brownish. Micro nutes can change the color on the roots, the h202 can also do that if you add too much. Due to the heat issues u had in the start I understand the h202 treatment, but I would recomand you to try growing in culture water in the future now u got a res chiller and getting your A/C fixed. Heat also change the coloring of the roots, but aslong they aint slimy or smelling bad I don't worry!
Add som beneficial fungi, Bio filter w. bacteria and your massive roots will turn into "bio filters" helping the transport of nutes in the roots, cleaning the water for waste nutes and preventing new bacteria or harmfull fungi to start growing.
I use some ordinary bacteria culture for Koi ponds, they simply turn harmfull nutrients into usefull nutrients your plants can use. You change reservior less frequent, top it with water and nutes and it will save u money on nutrients in the long run!
Very nice even cannopy and healty looking grow you got, the above is mainly suggestions on how to keep a healty root and water culture. I use h202 too during the hottest months, it works magic wonders but your yeald will go up with culture water. You also need to maintain a sterile water res every day, as it's a excellent place for harmfull bacteria and fungi to start growing. Culture water with the right size bio filter, is self maintaining when it's up running!

Not that specific unit, i forget what brand it is... all I know is I have two 8 spot aero units in storage. Might get them out in the near future to play around with.
glad to see the thread , I own an Apollo 2 from the same age . after a disaster grow ( summer time , inexperience , lot of heat , problems with ph .... ) could not finish and it has been sitting in the garage since then . Now i have led lights and might give another try in the winter time . I will be watching yours.
Hi mate welcome here !
you know you can have some useful infos in first page of the thread
i got similar problems
But i received a lot of good advice
one the best i can tell you is to keep the PH in a tight range me i use between 5.8/6.3 and also don't put too much EC ... especially for Start !!
i start from clone ec around 0.8
switch 12/12 ec around 1.1 / 1.2
flowering ec max 1.8
Use the right nutz also !!! ( hydro recycling water )
Roots stimuulator is very important imho till the 15 th day of flowering
Enzyme also
and if you can BIOfilter loook work perfectly if anyone here use one feel free to share your experience with and without
Also i'm curious to see how the system will do under some led stuff
Here is some picture of my Micro Grow AERO Low Pressure
those plant got only 10 days of growing from clone ...
Usually i only do 3 to 5 days but this time i got only 2 clone so i vegged them a bit more
Hope it will help to waait for next update !
Stay tuned
