why do you use freezer bags? turkey bags work hella better and on top of that 6 mil mylar bags and a MVS 45 with nitrogen back flush

It will all be consumed in 30 days and less threw my patients. If I was on the West Coast and it was shipping it to the East Coast that would make a lot of sense but under 30 days to my own people what it really make that big a difference?
