Was going to try and avoid stepping into this minefield, but.... at the end of the day, who funds/arms/politically backs Isreal? Ya, its the US/UK, and the canadian government as well. So boycotting things from Isreal is nice, if it suits your viewpoint and makes you feel better, but the picture isn't quite as simple as you lay it out to be Boycotting USA/Canada is a bit more difficult in day to day life over here.

Maybe bombing gaza is a way of eliminating potential competitive landraces from those rascally palestinians!

MM - ya its a loophole being exploited by some patients, and encouraged by 'some' LPs. It will get closed one of these days, but for now there is no check. Tell an LP you want to 'cancel' your script with them, and watch how fast they suggest getting another script for a new LP and keeping their script active. Tilray actually mocked me for suggesting cancelling a script with them as there are no checks

I dont know how anyone could end up with 5g a day at several LP's? It is a nightmare to even get approved at one. They have to verify every "medical document" with doctors office so, unless you are lucky enough to have multiple docs to sign you off on MM, u are screwed. I do believe you though. I imagine the guy has few docs and buy his limit monthly. Some LP's have strains cheap enough to beat the street and flip a profit in the middle every month. I just want to be able to smoke in peace. I dont want armed thugs in blue uniforms to be able to physically subdue me with the power to even kill me if I resist all because of a simple joint. We have lived in the prison so long that even now, when all they do is allow us to buy from them, so the thugs in blue dont cage us, we believe we have freedom. lolol

And, on the original point, Medreleaf has been nothing but good to me. their staff and reps have been helpful, understanding, and polite. There business here is a good one and not my issue. My only issue is there Israeli affiliation. This I think people need be aware of in the current geo political landscape.

The LP's are selling to ignorant/desperate/bedridden/trapped people, who mostly have never seen proper bud in their lives. They are predators. I will give organigram credit, i guess, for at least giving 25% off for 'compassionate' pricing in certain financial situations.

and i do appreciate your anti-isreal viewpoint, but I dont see any of your anti canada or uk or USA views.. which i find odd. Like it or not, we are all in bed together. put that in your geopolitical pipe and smoke it! hehehe

If that's the case their business model is more than a little flawed

Be like you can buy from the competition till HC sees fit to close this loophole and your multiple doctor scheme gets you shut down and perhaps facing charges

I didnt respond because I dont want to turn this into a political thing. Just wanted to inform people of facts. That being said, I agree with you that our governments are complicit and I would even say accomplices in crimes with their continued and blind support for Israel. I think our Governments are infiltrated and subverted to the highest levels. But, I digress... I will now pack the proverbial pipe and, smoke it!!!

Not sure how that relates to this thread, but your friend is breaking the law. No one has been busted for it yet because it's been basically the honour system, but it's coming.

Hasn't been implemented yet. but now doctors would be on record for prescribing weed. in order to 'crack down' on this issue of multi scripts. Back when i heard of these proposed regs i thought it was just a fear campaign against doctors, the 'we know who you are and you are signing too many' kinda vibe. but apparently it is being abused by patients.. and LPs who should know better.. and the only way to fix it, is to get a big list...........

Omg, do I ever regret hooking up Medreleaf as my LP. Product is garbage!!! Over fertilized garbage!! The prices, even using compassion discount are HORRIBLE!!! The product quality is absurd. These guys so stuck on the look and quality of the facility that they have completely over looked the product quality. There, "low THC" variety is 5 per g but, it has more THC than there OG KUSH!!! Og only tested at 8-10%thc! Thats laughable!!! So, what do they do...They have started to raise prices on there LOW THC varieties because there business model is BS and they realizing that they gotta gouge the ones at the bottom to make up for lack of sales at the top. These people are unreal. They are praying on a new, uneducated customer in the market place. Truly sick and new to MJ as medicine. This low quality over fertilized BS might have them fooled for now but, it wont last. Just by watching what sells out and what remains when they get new stock tells the whole story. Cant wait for Delta 9 to accept me. In short, DONT USE MEDRELEAF as your LP. They suck!!! I mean, completely suck!!! This is the prototypical kind of business new to this market place that we who have RISKED, sacrificed, and done what we have, to allow to take hold and profit from this plant. What a BS, low quality, LP...smh...
