yea ive popped ten seeds and have gotten 8 or 9 males before but when i pop another twenty they turn more like 50/50.

With certain fem lines its possible to have a mostly male population.

Rare dankness out of river rock in denver has some good beans. Buddy of mine is out there and has some really nice looking ladies out of the batch, not sure on the ratios or anything but the jenny og, and the ghost train haze produces a few different phenos out of each and were producers from what he was saying :) plus scott the breader seemed like a really cool cat at the denver cannabis cup :) honestly the people at river rock in general r some really good bud tenders and business owners. i had no complaints on my visits there. hope this helps y'all mountain dwellers

Just FYI, Scott has parted company with River Rock-

Effective immediately Rare Dankness seed will no longer be working with River Rock Wellness or any of its affiliates.

We at a Rare Dankness hold no animosity to the owners/employees or patients of RRW. I believe, that at this time, our companies philosophies and goals are headed on opposite paths.

My goal and hope has always been freedom for this plant. I want to see Cannabis legalized, decriminalized, and just allowed to exist as any other plant exists. Free from oppression, and available to everyone. I'm a grower and my commitment will always be to the grower.

I realized that in order to maintain our course and commitment to this plant will require RD to take fuller control of all aspects of production.

From seed to harvest, breeding and mother facilities and curing time on flowers. It has become an obsession to bring back herb that has been grown to perfection and taken a step beyond perfection with a proper cure and handled with love and respect.

We are now in the process of finalizing the new Rare Dankness Colorado home, which we are very excited about. We will make that announcement in the next few weeks.

Lifted from another site.

Ok sorry for questioning that....here is the link for all to read themselves.... river rock switched sides i guess... hope people really look into this before returning to get there meds there. i for one will not support this business any more. glad scott decided to break off. with all the other med shops in town i can't see river rock staying on top with that partnership. plus there prices don't always match there quality.

River Rock isn't partnering with Monsanto, but does function as a producer for United Cannabis Corp.. John Hunter (who is the Dad of one of the RR workers) is on the advisory board of United Cannabis Corp as a consultant. John hasn't worked for Monsanto for years and is being used for his ability to structure large corporations.

lovin' did you shop at River Rock's north or south location?

the north i believe i live there part time and have my card. its the one that is in the warehouse area down york st. i believe. they have decent product compared to the majority of shops in denver, i just prefer a few others that have stayed true to there medical and stayed small to keep there quality up. river rock used to have the best hands down there for awhile then i think they may have just gotten too big? idk they r still worth checking out as long as i don't see any genetic modifications done to the herb. haha thanks for reading that a little clearer then i did. I'm a sloppy reader sometimes

River Rock & other people are trying to scale up, go national. So they brought in a guy who knows how to create that kind of organization.

It's inevitable, of course. And it's better for everybody that there be more rather than less of them when that time comes.

yes, the RR North location is on York in the more industrial part of Denver. I tried to be their friend and customer but they just were not having it. It worked out for the best because I couldn't be happier with the dispensary I'm with now. Its a small, medical only shop

No worries about the reading neatness. Monsanto is kind of like the "N" word - it has a tendency to evoke strong emotions in people. I don't like Monsanto either.

Anyone know where Eclectic Genetics are based? It seems they helped create the Durango OG from La Plata that is getting the HT hype treatment this week.

Week 4 of flower and the PCK's from Rootseller are stacking nicely. I'm not having problems so far. Fingers crossed. Next run I'll throw in some of their crosses and see what happens. I'll post some pictures when I get a chance to take a few good ones.
