1st coco grow-having trouble-need help

The high in one pheno is more cerebral and taste more like blueberries and smells somewhat like a blueberry skunk I guess...It's smooth and there's no "crash" from it.

They are both somewhat cerebral and euphoric for me - the one with blue calyxes (only on the main) taste more like blueberry.

I did not grow organic which could bring out the full flavor for sure.

used Dyna-gro FP, Bloom, Molasses. That was it. I would not grow it again though, I prefer something with more character/complexity. It was nice to try it though. It loves Nitrogen.

Question...I feed at 1.4 ec without much runoff at all. Well I figured id check the ec of my runoff today for shits and giggles...well needless to say it was up around 1200 ppms. I whipped up a batch of 6/9 and diluted to 1.0 and fed with about 20% runoff...should I do this for the next few feeds to get my run of to the Same ec im putting in?

You should be feeding with runoff every time, if you don't it will catch up with ya most likely. Some can get away with it but 1.4 feedings with no run off

depending what conversion you are on, looks like the rhizosphere is sitting in 1.8-2.4~ . The plant isn't eating as much as you are giving it. Even if you did have run off in a case of over feeding (not saying you are)

When you feed 1.0 ec / run off is 0.8 then bump is 0.2~

when you feed 1.4 ec / run off is 1.8 drop it 0.4~

keep feeding/measuring till PH/EC is perfect with the plants needs.

Your lite feeding was a great thing, keep in mind the salts in your feed help flush out excess salts better then plain water would, this is good. Follow the pattern explained above, you should be rocking out bro, good luck!

In all honesty this is what I would do, your plant will need different feeds concentrations at different stages of growth. I always water till runoff measuring IN/OUT an writing it down for later use if need be. It helps a lot.

with the 180 ppm tap water should I do 1 ML cal mag every water? I have cal-mag+ 2-0-0 , I want to get some magical though. 1-0-0 better emphasis on calmag.

do you guys buffer 1/4 strength 1-1-1 NPK ratio for seedlings, veg transplant and flower transplant?

no need to flush - that's like emergency situation.

you should be fine over the course of the next few weeks, depending how often you water maybe a few days...

DAY 5 OF FLOWER

Everything is going somewhat smooth, a little dark still going on. Ph is at 6.2 - steadily coming down. run-off in and out is 1.1 (565 PPM x 0.5)

Here is a measurement of the SSD from last time and some other pics. 3rd pics is my 8 main experiment next to it is 4 main normal technique I use..

Very nice. I got a batch of dj's and Im gonna give them a run. Dp is Dj's genetics just selected from like 50 seeds he provided. He didn't select the parents but got to test the smoke and approved or something like that.

So Dj's line is different in that he selected his parent stock, and from a few more beans I believe.

Cant go wrong either way. So have u ran this one before, and if so, what do u think of taste, and high?

Hey IC!

Everything is going great, once they get started they are off and running!! Wow, can they grow fast in coco. Once you learn the whole buffering part, you are golden. Seems like a lot of people, even experienced growers have trouble starting seeds in coco. Definitely not as easy as half happy frog/half fox farm or some promix with myco's.

up to 25% above what youre feeding is fine for your runoff reading

I had a litte trouble with seeds in coco, I didn't bring the light down quick enough thinking id burn em and they stretched like little angel hair pasta. Just gotta transplant and bury the stem to keep them sturdy.
