Say what you want, but recent votes in Congress wrt cannabis tell us who's with us, who's against us, and who might be persuadable. That falls almost entirely along party lines.
Be honest about it. Deal with it. "They're just as Bad!" is a cop-out.

If the dem side of the US Supreme Court had sided with Angel Raich it would have been a done deal years ago and more states would have gone medical and maybe even legal but no, the dem side of the court stopped it. Look it up.. Party lines. See who and who didn't support her. So yeah be honest about it.

Unless he was sitting right there when the vote was taken he won't believe it. Probably ask for a recount.
