that's awesome news Lono! did the gasket come from glacier? Id be interested in some 25 10 and 5 micron ss mesh screens with gaskets if anyone may have a place to get them.

hehe I'm flattered:)

I like the hive but I like my quartz domeless way better. I'm always too afraid I'm going to over heat the hive, and usually end up under heating it. Or I'm just so afraid that its going to break that it takes the fun out of it!

To me the durability of the quartz outweighs the taste of the hive. They were the same price too because my quartz doesn't have a ground joint. Haven't touched either since I got my e-nail though:D

PS Joel halen makes a pendy rig thats 100% quartz and pretty sure has a fixed honey hole on it. If not it comes with one. Dude said you could heat it up red hot and throw it in a bucket of water and itd be fine. $600. Can't do that with a hive;)

Well today was a big day. My spool, end cap, and 1.5" ptfe gaskets came from glacier. Just waiting on my 24" column. I have a 12" to use in the meantime so that isn't an issue.

Got an email this morning that my appion shipped out. Says it will be here by the end of the week. Also ordered my oven from AI today. Went with the 0.9. Pretty excited about that.

Should have a picture of an assembled unit for yall in a few days:)

Did you ever get it? and if so, are you pleased? Thanks for the quick response. Im ready to pull the trigger on a good system, just want to make sure i make a wise decision.

I'm all set with my machine, he was really willing to work with me on making it right, but im good to go now.

To save you some time, check out IronFist extractors too. they are turn key systems, pumps, skid, extinguisher etc. all ready to process.

Right on guys. Thanks for the advice. I joined IC a couple weeks ago and I've been amazed at the honest sharing of info among people we may or may not be "competing" with.

I'm leaning toward a Wolfwurx. I really dig the wolf clans openness, follow through, and customer/ non customer support. I also think they seem to be constantly experimenting and innovating, and then sharing results here on IC. RAD!!!!!!
