My favorite berry..Yellow Raspsberry.
It tastes very sweet, like honey..Not as sour as the red one!
But the first harvest isnt as good as the second in autumn..

It's the same mint I use for juleps. My julep recipe is 3-fingers bourbon, 1-large chunk of ice, mint and simple syrup. You take the mint and simple syrup and throw it away, pour the bourbon over the large chunk of ice and enjoy. Crushed ice melts too quickly. Make a good whiskey taste like that, let me be polite, stuff from Tennessee. Like one of those lady whiskey from down there.

I buy a bottle of whiskey every about every 6-8 years, it takes me a year to drink it including pouring a few for friends.

so remarkably smooth that a side by side test against Jack Daniels will have you wondering how they marketed turpentine as whiskey all these years.......

My oldman use to tell a story about how in olden times Jack Daniels was a half way decent drinking whiskey, till they changed the recipe. Markers Mark did the same. My everyday drinking whiskey is Jim Beam Black. Christmas time I always get a fifth of Knob Creek for the eggnog. One shouldn't filter whiskey, it removes the flavor and the bite from the liquor.
Marketers can sale anything. Even TN ladies whiskey to men.
