First time smokin salmon an it wont be my last ,it was a hit .
Sahred with my neighbor who doesnt like salmon said thats the only way they would eat it an i should open a food truck lol

I had the best food in Austria when I was there in 2000. Had the yummiest potato pancakes in Salzburg, and we ate Christmas Eve dinner at this restaurant and the meal was one of the best I have ever had!
