the dinosaurs also screamed lout out and hunted down their pray

later humanoids which where able to seed plants and harvest came

i do eat meat myself but i would like to think about
other options, especially believing that evolution has a place
for progress.

Not trying to talk S**T or anything...but....nothing about veganism bothers me except for when they label something comprised of soy+???+bbq sauce and call it Spareribs. If its really vegan there aren't any spare ribs anywhere in that dish, so why call it spareribs? at best it should be labeled "pseudo spare ribs" or "made to mimic spareribs". it just pisses me off cuz theyre calling it something it is not. and I am sure they do that because labeling it the alternative, which would be something like "molded soy+mystery+bbq sauce" Is not very appealing. basically, it comes down to the point that if you are truly a vegan, why do you even wanna have something called/similar to a spare rib? because you actually liked genuine spare ribs? it makes no sense to me and seems like a guise. its more gross to me that they somehow made components that are not spareribs into something that resembles spareribs, than eating genuine spareribs themselves.

yup good point, i also thought about that a long time,
it has to do with the main fact to make it easer for people
who where used to eat meat, but cant anymore cause of health issues
things like that.. a true vegan with out that sure can cope with out copies
i give you 100 percent right in that except maybe that it actually looks tasty :)

"IF WE DO THIS RIGHT, IT CAN BE THE NEXT MICROWAVE IN YOUR KITCHEN."

Personalized nutrition has been traditionally based on the adjustment of food and diet according to individual needs and preferences. At present, this concept is being reinforced through the application of state-of-the-art high-throughput technologies to help understand the molecular mechanisms underlying a healthy state. This knowledge could enable the adjustment of general dietary recommendations to match the needs of specific population groups based on their molecular profiles. The optimal development of evidence-based nutritional guidance to promote health requires an adequate assessment of nutrient bioavailability, bioactivity, and bioefficacy. To achieve this, reliable information about exposure to nutrients, their intake, and functional effects is required; thus, the identification of valid biomarkers using standardized analytical procedures is necessary. Although some nutritional biomarkers are now successfully used (eg, serum retinol, zinc, ferritin, and folate), a comprehensive set to assess the nutritional status and metabolic conditions of nutritional relevance is not yet available. Also, there is very limited knowledge on how the extensive human genetic variability influences the interpretation of these biomarkers. In this context, nutrigenomics seems to be a promising approach to identify new biomarkers in nutrition, through an integrative application of transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, epigenomics, and nutrigenetics in human nutritional research.
