This is the only pineapple x larry og to make it.
All the others were pulled because of pre-flower issues.
Very photosensitive I guess. Won't be seeing this one again like I had hoped.

This one is still strange, its vegging hard but looks like its on the brink of bud with lots of pistols.
It's been like this for a few weeks, BUT it's growing FAST! EXPLODING with lots of new growth in the last week.

Hey Mendo, I was wondering if your pilot calyx's (on the stem at the branch nodes) are producing resin yet or does that not happen until the plants decides to flower? Maybe it is different from variety to variety? Do you have any plants that you know are fire, with no or very little resins on the calyx's yet or would this be an indication that the plant maybe weaker in potency?

This may be the biggest plant in the garden.
7' plus and almost 8' wide it makes my pots look not so big.
You can barley see the 8' T post, which is 6' above the soil line.

Its a Blue Dream x Mendo Dream.
It's surpassing my expectation's.
This cross is amazing, I have been looking forward to it for YEARS!
Finally getting around to growing her.
I love it when a plan comes together!

2 great strains that go great together.

I was going after the more sativa phenos and am not disappointed.
I knew both have the potential to get BIG and all the ones i have out are the biggest plants in there garden.

With any luck I'll have some grapey, purpleish blue dream buds! YUM! :woohoo:

I grow ditch weed.

You really cant tell until the end whats going to be what.

But.....

If you start with fire in the end you'll get fire!

plant selection and knowing what your looking for,
knowing the pheno types helps a lot!

A tested good male helps a lot too.

Thanks.

Sorry to hear about the choppers.

They don't show up around here until 3 week of July.
so until then.......

The reality is this.
Everyone in my area is growing, This garden is 25.
Most people have HUGE gardens 50+.
Their are illegal gardens being run by cartels on public lands with 1000's of plants.

I just heard of a bust of 16,000 plants.

It's a matter of resources and public safety, they go after the real problems and my little 25 plant grow is a speck of what's really going on out here!

Around here they go after what's easiest to get at. Fat, lazy pigs. I've seen them knock down a couple rows of corn just to get their hummers and p/u trucks back to it so the lazy fucks don't have to walk at all.
But you're right the whirlybirds don't take flight till late July.
