Theres a couple Redbeard somethings but none that match what i think is the owners name, ya kinda looks like he just made up a business name. Unless his DBA is redbeard and hes registered as something completely different.

It just strikes me odd to not respond to customers, or on here to current and potential customers....
It takes a few seconds, NO ONE is that busy....
I respond to my customers emails and posts as im on the toilet, eating or waiting a few minutes for something. To me, if a customer is waiting for ME to answer something, they just may take their business somewhere else...

This is exactly what happened with me i got tired of being ignored so i went a bought a mkiii from terp and a 5lb bhogart that im almost done customizing to a mk hybrid. i waited about 4 weeks, and al i got was 3 emails saying ya ill invoice you tonight/tomorrow. I get your busy but damn at least post an update somewhere

If he does have a DBA you can check county records if you know the county he's in.

Used to be pretty damn profitable, before SO much competition...

I appreciate it Bro, i think it is the concentric reducer as i do not have one of those, but he mentioned a 1" ball valve end" not sure what that is, but i definitely don't have the reducer.
If you know what it is and have it, i'd be happy pay you for it.

Can you take a pic of what part of the system you are talking about? The end of a ball valve sounds like a nipple that the hose connects onto.
The reducers are generally used to go from different size tubes.
What system did you get? Is it put together yet? Do you have instructions? Or an email from RB saying what piece you need?

I purchased the 1lb system. I haven't put it together yet as i didn't want to do so until i had every part to complete it, but yes, i will take pics. He says ball valve ends <----plural and there are a few ball valves.

Yep! We will be carrying more PTFE gaskets and high pressure clamps.
Check back at the end of the month. I should have some more in stock.
Edit: We will be adding a PTFE "upgrade" option to the kits/complete systems sometime before the summer is out.
