Flood n drain,perlite 12/12 from seed

Hi there everyone,
Long time reading and first time posting ! As the title,I use fndrain method,seeds were in wet papper 2 days and then between two pieces of rockwool.I use 4l square pots with perlite and some clay balls at the bottom ( to prevent the pots from floating !).I set the pumps go for 9minutes when the lights begin and do hand-watering on top surface after that 6 hours !

Light : 4 x 600hps air cooled tubes
Distance : 2.5-3.5feet from light to top
Time : 1 week from 12/12
Plant : 15-17 drilled holes pots under one 600hps
Enviroment : 24-26*c,gud air flow,not too hot or cold
Nut : 400ppm 5.8 and 1ml h202 per lit

Sorry my friends for many words,my question is " my seedlings grow a little bit too slow,what happened to them or they just settle down the roots to the bottom of pot ? And it causes slow growth ?

FOR MORE INFOS : because this is a first time I grow indoor so i have no clue about seedling in rockwool feat perlite ! Today I gave it 400ppm of nut,will it be fine ? Or it will grow crazy after have many tap roots around,thanksssss

You'll probably get more input once you throw up the pics. Pics can tell a lot about your plants and garden.

your ppms are at 400 which would be good for a plant that is only a few inches tall or probably 2 nodes. if your plants are more than 3-4 nodes or 6 inches tall, then you should bump up the ppms to probably 600 or 700 ppms. on a feed chart the 400 range is for seedlings and the food is increased each week or so by a couple hundred ppms. not all plants like the same ppm though so practice will tell you when to bump them up (slow growth, yellowing of leaves, generally starved look) or if they start to get burn on the tips to lower the nutes. Sounds to me like you plants need some more food. pics of course would help for this particular question.

This is my first op,workin on bagseeds,upgrading my room,saw many troubles in 7 months,sometimes the op were free without growin,some insects have nice hotel there.Gave up on smoking two weeks ago and heading to my own med ! Sound likes crazy huh

An update :
Today,i found out some wounds on the main stem of the seedlings (some,not all).I use clonex gel mixes with water n use stuff(don't know its name) to suck up the cocktail,clean the main stem and let it drain down to the roots through the clay of perlite ! I don't know it is rite or wrong,i just think that plants need some cover up from injury or at least it is a "rootin vitamin" can protects the plants from insects !
After that i clean up all the things in the room,use vacuum cleaner to clean the place where I think that get mites n tiny things on the floor n spray with industrial alcohol mix insects killer soap (forget the brand again!!)...!
Im a noob,I work n action bases on what i have read before that,this time is really paranoiaaaaa,fuck this feelin

Been piss tested 3 times in two months. Keeping a low profile with a clear head. Growing is going good for me.

I grew a few from seed and around that height, the first leaves yellowed and died off. 400 ppm should be ok at this stage. if you just upped the ppms, then wait a till the end of tomorrow and if you don't see any signs of new growth, bump up the ppms to 500 and watch them. in ebb and flow, you will notice signs of burn very soon, so if that happens, water down our rez.

Personally from my experience the seedlings do not need any nutrients until the very first starter leaves start to yellow. Overage of nutrients can slow growth also. I would just use beneficials for the first few weeks.

Hey,thanks for stopping by ! Im srr,this is my most healthy gỉrls n they have been vegging one week[15girls],bad memory.I have 4 stations n the other three go 12/12 from seed,only first set of leaves.I'll pump up the nut the day after tmr and remember ur advices

The only thing I can see is grow in dirt is faster than in hydro at the very first stage of seeds (1-2 set of leaves).After that,when roots have more legs,hydro is a king of speed ! Does it make sense ? Pls correct me if I was wrong

I have started seeds in soil and coco, and in coco I get faster results period. From my own experience adding nutrients or to strong of a mix to early slows things down drastically. If you want to feed I would start at 100 ppm and see how they respond, and slowly go up from there.
