I got my system a month later than expected. Customer service has been great though. Patience definitely paid off. This unit is very well designed, there are pics up on instagram of all of their extractors now. I'll post pics of mine as soon as I have time, this week has been crazy busy. Redbeard is for real and provides a quality product. Hopefully he's all caught up on orders now.

Redbeard has been trying to advertise here on the under for hella long. He just got that banner so he can advertise his product here. You can talk about any company you want man. The tou of icmag has nothing against sharing information for the sake of learning or sharing a new companies website. Now there's been silence on his end for the past two hours. In my experience in running a business, customer relations is pivotal. Once he received my payment, that's when the conversation started to get distanced. Now I have no idea what to do. I invested another 30g in equipment just to essentially have gotten dicked around. I just want my machines. I don't feel like getting a lawyer involved. I thought it was just basic business ethics to maintain conversation but I'm getting the sinking feeling that I just got played.

Bought 4 ovens through him as well as 4 e2m30s. So I threw a decent about of work his way. Just a little up date would be cool. That's all. It's like pulling teeth even texting his main number.

This reminds me of the rave days. We were all throwing raves. Some of us tried to do it legit with corporations... Others basically made up a name, did marketing, and threw parties with no permits, totally illegally. Those of us who did it legally at more risk than those who did it under the table. I wonder if redbeards company is even incorporated or registered. It will be hard to get that $ back unless rb keeps his word and sends his order to him. Anyone know if its a real company or just one that can up and disappear with no trace.
