but if you read the whole thread you should know that prices are around the corner, and products are already listed..

I clicked his website linked via the banner. I clicked on the prominent "Shop Now" button front and centre. All that is actually listed is a bunch of nonsense from a template his web developer used. That doesnt seem like "products are already listed"? *shrugs*

I'm not really here to argue about it I was just expressing an opinion, if you don't like it that's fine.

Not here to bash you rb just wanted to say, that a crappy one page "html 1.0" site that has your actual products in a list with prices would be better for you than a really slick looking site like what you have, that does not have any products/prices in the shop. *shrugs*

Read the whole thread and understand your situation, just voicing an opinion!

I totally agree! So I know my web guy has been making changes and I've been forwarding suggestions to him too. I'll look it over tomorrow.

I want to add a section for package pricing so that if you want a pump, it includes everything you need rather than ala carte

I understand that is your opinion and there's no problem with voicing it, but if you read the whole thread you should know that prices are around the corner, and products are already listed.. Why settle for a sub par website? It's 2014.

Appearance plays a great deal in how well your products will sell. If I were in the market for an extractor and came across his site only to find a bare layout with subpar web design I would likely be less interested.

Thank you HST!

I really want to get the website to a point where it is everyone's go to spot for pricing, selecting what you want, faq's, videos, etc. Plus, I have to be cautious how we do checkout with CC's as the merchant companies can lock up your money if you are in a grey area.

I'm not sure how I am still up... about 3 hours of sleep last night, coordinating with people, signing distributorships, etc.

I think what I'll try and do tomorrow is a sticky here on ICMag breaking out our prices, package deals, turn key stuff, etc. Hopefully that thread can stay uncluttered with comments and this can be a feedback/general discussion thread?

I'm here now, when the other guy messes up again, or fails to return a call/text/email, I'll still be here. :)

Sadly I can commiserate with dropping the ball at times. Thankfully people have been really patient and nice enough to send kind reminders.

Almost through the worst of it and thankfully I have some great friends who have MBA's that are willing to help me try and succeed. The way I see it, if I am successful, then those of you who do business with us must be happy and doing well too :)

It is appreciated. I have some time tomorrow to go over things with my web guy. I still think at this time it is best to email me direct so that I can go over things.

There are so many questions to be asked so that I can recommend the proper equipment to someone

You can't expect everything to be perfect. Websites aren't that big of a deal and take time. I'm buying one and don't care about the website. I'm sure more focus is going in other areas that may be more important. Its all about the product. If it's that good the money will flow in.

I did order more spools and will probably do an even bigger order. Really, how long has Glacier been having this issue? What really irritates me is that they hold our money for long periods of time and don't even bother to give us a deal

Websites are a dime a dozen.
Google is the Gestapo
Good luck.

I'm insulted. I'll give you a dime, give my 12 useful sites that sell products and impart useful information that is easy to find, read and understand. Oh yeah, it must look nice too.

Dime a dozen, my ass.

Sorry for the hijack, back to concentrate talk.

Sorry it seems you're busy, maybe someone else could answer my question. Can you run the applicable pump with a generator? :ying:
