I've tossed away enough $$ in my life.......Good smoke doesn't require overly priced products to produce.

Asslover, whats your strategy on running the dehuey? Run it at nights only? Only certain weeks of flower or all the time? Trying to hit a certain rh%, ie 50%?

Gonna have to add one myself this next run so im trying to get ideas down. Lost a cola the size of my arm, luckily it was inside the bud and didnt spread, but still.

Most of the time it only comes on at lights off. I have it plugged into a photo sensing switch. I keep the dehuey set to 50%.
On cooler days when the AC isn't working much, on those days i run it lights on. Hope that helps.

Got a buddy stuck on coco and he just dropped 27 bucks per bag of Canna.Wonder what kind of prices we'll have here in the sunshine state if all things work out with legalization.I would hope to see prices come down as shit is pricey here in the gunshine state.

'Dankster, I buy all my grow equipment/supplies on line and by far the cheapest prices are from shops in med states. A 6 gal jug of GH Micro is a good $40 cheaper than any local shop. Plus free shipping
My friends in med states say grow shops are like dogshit, it's everywhere. So yeah, i think prices will eventually come down as more shops pop up

I second Asslover's suggestion on shipping. The only thing i dont buy online is bags of media. But if i wasnt concerned about having a semi drop a pallet of shit off at my house, i would never go to a b&m store.

$22 a bag for canna here, but im sure you can get a 10% off from most stores, so roughly $20. The Botanicare cocogro is $18 a bag normally. supposed to be as good or better i thought, just picked up a couple but havent tried yet.

yeah I can vouch for the as good or better, I was using canna and switched to the botanicare and its as good. the only problem I've had is having an extra few bucks in my pocket

Thanks bro. Yeah thats one of the claims is that it is the Cookie Fam GSC Cut x Fire OG (real clone only) Reversed. This was the keeper pheno from the cross. Its also been said this is one of the original Cookie Fam cuts and it was stolen and relabeled as Animal Cookies. Taste more like OG with a faint mintyness on exhale. So the story claiming it was crossed with Fire OG is more believable.

And Congrats bro. Nothing worse than being stuck with someone who doesnt make you happy.

Greetings M8! I'm still around here from time to time. Once you have PM privileges, feel free to let me know if there are ever any questions you have that you can't get answered and if I don't know the answer, I can probably point you in the right direction. But there are tons of knowledgeable people around here so you shouldn't have too much trouble finding the answers to your questions.

As far as Gainesville Green goes, unfortunately what I received was not the GG I remembered from 25+ years ago. That said, the very generous individual with the giant brass balls that sent those beans half way around the world will always have my gratitude. Those beans turned into awesome plants that I'm very glad I had the chance to grow out, they were just not what I was hoping for.

After that experience I really started researching current reports on old sativa genetic lines and while there are a few well documented accounts of genetic lines of 20+ years still in existence today, Gainesville Green does not appear to be one of them.

It was a common sales term for any sticky green bud back then, so I'm not even sure that that was what I was actually buying back then. I just know that it was an uplifting, giggly high and that the buds had the best aroma that I've ever smelled in my life and I would love to stick my nose in a bag and smell that aroma again.
