anyone run/got pics of chacos chemsis x nevilles?

I have been running one for a while, first seed out of the pack was a cash cropper extraordinaire.

This is a small one, but I have grown them out larger and it has great yield, easy to trim and big buds. Not very hazey, more chemmy.

There were 2 Nev males used in that batch of crosses.
One of them was more haze dom and threw leafier phenos with a bit more foxtail.
Looks like he was the daddy of that beauty there Hiding in haze.
Very nice.

Very nice.

Good to know, so I can probably expect some different types of pheno's from the rest of the pack.

I was pretty impressed, especially since I only popped 2 seeds, 1 being a male.

Yes, the other male produces offspring that let the mothers express a bit more, denser nugs. Both made very potent and tasty plants of course.

Nice work Dreaded and thanks for sharing the pics.
I am sure Chaco would be happy for a chance to see people enjoying his work and get to see more of how his babies came out.
Very satisfying.

I wonder if you could describe any differences you saw in those 5 females you grew? That must have been some fun. Most of my guerilla crop was killed by various pests and large/small critters.
The only 4 plants to survive out of 24 were Chaco's Nev crosses.
2 Sour D (M/F)
1 Sis
1 CC

I had 2 phenos in the Sour D cross:
One (the F) was leafy, loose w/foxtails.
The male had a much different flower structure. It was tighter, less leafy and did not have the conical colas. The colas were more tight nugs in cylindrical/columnar structure.
That same cylindrical structure was seen in the colas of the Sis cross and the CC cross.
Chaco explained the difference to me as probably expressions from each of 2 males. He later selected the males down to 1. The one that threw the cylindrical phenos.

My Sis cross was the earliest, the biggest, stinkiest (and first plant to start stinking in the garden) and highest yielding.
Taste was excellent (they all were.)

The CC cross was the most potent and tastiest, throwing a cherry haze pheno that really hit hard.
All of the crosses carried heavy haze effects along with amazing hybrid combos of terpenes/flavors and top shelf potency.
The offspring will certainly carry that potency further in-line and outcrossing. Hard to pull a bad pheno when the parents are so robust.

His Nev was not selected from a ten pack. Multiple packs were run and cuts kept for a long time before a final keeper was selected.
This is not some whispy pearl necklace of calyxes that takes 16 weeks to peak. This plant (his female) throws big solid buds, reflecting a strong NL 5 influence on structure, she's fast (can't remember but think it was ~11 weeks) and covered in piney, incensey goo. The male is a good reflection of that pheno in crosses.

The work he has done since this round is taking it to a new level.
His current favorite (and one of mine) is the Sour Nev BX.

Here's a pic of her dried goodness:

I think you'll have to agree, he's got that shit dialed in

ETA: The BX to the ECSD cut has reduced the dominance of the Nev male in the cross, allowing the true delicious stink of the Sour D momma to shine again, enhanced by the haze instead of overpowered, and in a plant that has the hardiness of the Nev and is much easier (than the Sour D cut) to grow well. The haze effect is still there in force, if you like that sort of thing ;-)

Anyway, Chaco is fine.

I did a few of the ESCD x Nevs a few years ago but like the Sis x Nev better.

I might have had bad pheno's but the ecsd x nev kind of lost a bit of what makes both parental sides special. Not so much smell, or taste, large yield however.

The Sis x Nev really seemed to excel, best of both worlds. The chem was really made more interesting with the hazey kick to it while maintaining strong odor and flavor. An absolute breeze to trim, cash crop gold.

I wish I had pics of the bigger plants I grew, gigantic buds, no leaf.

The bigger plant smells of piney incense with some chemmy, skunky notes, the shorter 1 has a fruity, cedar smell.
I have another piney incense plant that has a bit more chemmy funk to her and the other 1 has a meaty, sweaty arse smell .

What do you mean Raho? Why are you calling me a liar?

If i'd wanted to oversell it,i'd of said something like it smelled like a lump of meat that had been stuck between someone's butt cheeks before they went on a 5 mile run while having a bad case of flatulence but i didn't and don't understand why someone would lie about the smell of a plant? What are you supposed to gain from it?
