If you wanna keep it peaceful, best to keep the ROFL folks out. Superiority complex is a real thing ya know.

Eeeeaaaasy there, killer..

One ain't some, and some ain't all.. Plenty of hydronauts with the same complex, y'know..

:blowbubbles:

Edit: (Speaking of keeping it peaceful) ;)

I was totally busting balls. thats why i put ROFL instead of ROLS. The 'Rolling On the Floor Laughing' folks.

but i have seen a lot of neg repping and in general, "I'm better than you" type stuff goin on over there. (at least the few threads i have checked out. And most of them arent that recent.)

ANd yer absolutely right. Its not close to everyone. Its just a shame those few rotten apples spoil the bunch.

It's unfortunate in some ways - there have been times I've been cruising through a thread, and it just becomes too painful to read, with all the condescending remarks and more-academic-than-thou.

For me, though, it works. (I'd started to type some of why it's for me, but then I realized I was likely sounding as douchy as I was just describing) :)

well there yah go pappy, thats the trick to using this site well, you need to sift out a lot of noise to get the info you want...its all here, its just a matter of finding it and figuring out how it applies to your grow...same thing when you ask questions...that other person doesnt have all the facts, you never can unless you happen to be in the room as well,so take it all with a grain of salt, its a guess...

i powered through, after breakfast and a nap) and got the bench taken apart and rebuilt...just need to clean up,get the rest of the carpet up,get everything put away so i need to grab some peg board and shelf brackets,a few more bike hooks, and then start framing some walls in:dance013:

and i know you're all just dying to know what my new $500 sleeping bag/pad system looks like, actually pretty light and stuffs down to a decent size, the pad blows up to 3 inches thick so its pretty comfy, even on my side i dont bottom out...i may be even double extra whorish and carry a ridgerest since it weighs like 6 oz,and i am also planning on carrying a camp pillow and probably my crazy creek chair...we shall see about all that though...

yes, that will get replaced with just a straight duct running into the grow rooms and the man cave will get a split a/c unit so i have two cool air sources in the summer...right now im thinking 12x12 for flower,8x12 for veg,a 4x8 lung room,i will dump all my hot air in there with an ozone generator and a couple of big carbon filters and exhaust those into the attic where i will run the lines to the other side of the space where theres another attic access panel and set it up so i can use that hot air in the winter to heat the place.that will leave an 8x24 shop space/bike shop and a 16x20 space for the man cave...

Its funny you say that. I am actually very interested to know what a $500 sleeping bag looks like. .. and it looks like its gonna be worth it. Beats the hell out of a 1 inch ground pad.:jump:

its 700+ fill down is why it cost so much, the pad alone was 200 dollars so it better be nigh unto indestructible...and you can see the bag is plenty roomy so no being cramped up in a skinny mummy bag...i will probably pick up the liner that goes with it since it extends the bags range another 10 degrees and works as a summer bag for when its only in the 70's and 80's...

once i get the back cleaned up i will take a shot of everything laying out and then pack it in the trailer dry bag just to show what kind of load the thing can swallow, even with a 2 man tent and this whore sleeping bag its only 13 lbs for that,it nice to be warm and comfy while camping...plus im a gear junky so its like buying a candy store getting this bike and trailer...i get to buy bike stuff and camping gear!!

Yeah it was alot more flexible than i thought it was going to be . I thought it was foil faced or something but its not .
it should help retain some of the heat longer after lights off .

its mylar i think,or something similar..thats why its also a radiant barrier,it stops most everything from getting through..
love the stuff around doors, its stiff enough to make a nice seal and still flexible enough to be durable,i have a reflectix door flap i velcro in place over the foam door, and bingo bango, all sealed up...i have never smelled anything outside my room, pop the door its another matter...

This should wind up sealed tighter than a nuns ass by the time i'm done . i might even put some quarter round all around the bottom edge where the walls meet the floor . just to neaten & tighten it up a little .

still deciding the best way to ventilate everything . i'd like to use the heat from the 4 x4 veg room (600 watts MH ) during lights off in the flower room , but don't want it during lights on . that means another fan & timer or damper .
i dunno i'll get it figured out .

I'm pretty sure i'm going to just scrub the air in the room & keep it seperate from the lights cooling system . it should be a sealed enough room to do that . plus it would be alot less bends in the duct work . the lighting exhaust is the hole above the door , that will heat the work area of the garden . (my table , nutes , seed/clone cabinet & the small veg cabinet ) plus the heat from the 2 cabinets should keep it toasty enough for the little girls .

Sorry guys ... just rambling out load . it helps me decide & lets you guys give yer input too :)
