Made my first cup of "bulletproof" style coffee today.
Used one tsp mct coconut oil n one tsp grassfed butter...
1tsp less butter than rec. n I thought it was awesome!!
I do like cream in my coffee n I did think it was sim, it did get that lighter color too once blended in.
Best yet I DID feel on point today and was highly productive all morn !
Really lookin forward to my next cup tomorrow!
