i really like the smoke on the psychosis, quite a good, fairly euphoric high on it. ive been smoking it for a few months since i got the cut and i'm loving it every time i pick up the jar.

stank of cheese and tropical fruit for me. attractive plant and i could have run her better, hopefully will do next time.

ive got a pre-98 bubba, a psychosis and a chem D vegging and im putting them out in the greenhouse for a couple of weeks in (hopefully) the sun to rejuve them a bit before trying a few crosses and stuff with them.

I love cheese!!!!! This is by far the best thread I have ever seen about cheese. Super informative, and full of legit pics!! Wish I could try the real deal, closest I have is the greenhouse version, and with how it stinks, smells and taste's I can only imagine how the "originals" must be.

no theres no pics because i didnt really do her much justice lol, kind of had to damage the rootball to plant her (change of plans at last minute etc ) but the smoke was great! and i learned that she would be a good scrog strain.- i'd heard psychosis lumped in with cheese and i was expecting the high to be similar but i think the psychosis high is much better than cheese for may tastes, and it has the 'cheese' terpene along with some nice tropical fruity tones, although that probably varies with how you grow it. im looking forward to doing it properly very soon and id like to dust her with some bubba pollen too.

Good news, I hear Greenplant's pair of Psychosis x SSH seeds have germinated.

He contributed a lot to this thread so it's sad to see him depart. No doubt these genetics will be passed on so his legacy will live on.

ofthehill who gave cheese to exodus says he's never heard of Psychosis so if it's a sister it wasn't discovered by him and his crew.

LLP said Psychosis was found in a pack of seeds purchased from a seedbank but couldn't remember the bank or strain.

I think brightside meant sister as in from a similar genepool ie oldschool skunk/afghan line.

cant help with the origins of the psychosis but my moneys on an old super or shiva skunk from sensi seed bank..i ran literally hundreds of the super and shiva back then (late 80s early 90s)...ive also heard it used to be called "purps"? before it was called psychosis!?,maybe cause the red stems?...perhaps well never know for sure but a bit of mystery /urban legend cant do a cut any harm!!

Im thinking he ment sister as in its a skunk number one from the same period. There is a few skunk number one keepers from the old sensi going round. Im pretty sure cheese wasnt as unique as people think and that line produced alot of very good plants. The speculation is always that theese cuts are crosses with the cheese. Its my opinion that some of these are the same line, just different phenos of sk#1

The of the hill cut was given but they were not allowed to clone it so they bred it with sensi stock at the time and it was a cheese x afghan haze hybrid is what I've gathered. It's very similar to the blues/livers cut as well so I'm sure it's a direct relative of both. I have the psychosis and ill have the brightside cheese soon too but the psychosis reminds me of superskunk personally. Very fruity, skunky and earthy. Has kind of a earthy/metallic touch to it. I have an old affie cut from the east coast via the 80s from the mountains ill be hitting with some psychosis reversed pollen and the clusterfunk male ill use on it too soon.

Aldo's info has since been discredited by confirmed exodus members on another forum.

Brightside had the original cheese and ofthehill confirms it was passed out freely.

Yeah it is a bit of a phenomenon I guess, I know if I hadnt got it
together with THD at the manor none of this would have happened ,
he was such a soldier inspiring people to grow , setting grows up ,
giving out so many cuts, getting me running all over the place putting lights up It is a bit strange though because Exodus was such a diy roots
movement away from greed, personal gain and money making.... and
its only because of the involvement of the collective that 'Cheese' is
now almost a generic term for smelly weed and has become such a
successful 'brand' bringing in big bucks for breeders ...yeah well its
quite bizarre really.

Bs Cheese Went Massively Down hill for me!? Seriously i took a cut off a branch that was 3 Stems/branches away from the main stem and NO WAY was it the Same as when i first
had it.
Normally i take Healthy cuts Directly OFF the Mainstem and theres Never been a degradation in their Potency.Until this time..

Growings on pause but ive still got the BlueMeanie to reverse again Via an 18w Florescent,Mylar sheet,and Cardboard box next to the Settee
Also there's 2 Psychosis X Ssh and 1 Psycosis X Killerskunk that are Supposed to be Collected today
