A true leader knows howta delegate authority to keep things moving forward toward a common goal.....if....

The help can take care of scheduled tasks in a timely manner , so that`s where the constant supervision from said leader comes in to constantly make sure the ball`s rollin in the right direction....

Krusty`s old saying for veg times were veg em to "tit`s high" and flip em so shit wouldn`t grow sideways into the bulbs , and also hit the ceilings and turn back down toward the lights.....

Gotta fine tune yer veggin times Bro , then it`s all about sittin back and watchin em end up EXACTLY where they`re supposed to by end of stretch .....now granted....

I had a perfect hybrid back in the day that jumped out the buckets and only needed 2 1/2 weeks+/- veg before the flip , but I rooted branches as you alluded to in the PPK thread yesterday , so they did better once fully rooted and blastin off , so your less than 3 week veglings prolly need flipped HL IME , cuz they definitely look "tit`s high".....anyways....

Killer job , and keep the team growin and flowin Bro.....Havin a lot on yer plate makes yas schedule your time more productively , so tryta keep down time for HL in the program before getting burned out........regardless.....

Peace...Freds.....:ying:.....

:yeahthats Great advice as usual bro .

HL - Hot damn buddy those are some monsters . The future is definitely bright for you. Got the work ethic, leadership skills, experience, and it sounds like good people lending a helping hand. Just remember to stay humble when you start swimming in a sea of green. Much :respect: do for all the work you have, and are putting in. The world needs more growers that care enough to generate a consistent, quality product.

So I made my first ppk last night. Set it up with a pre-vegged plant in it, and put it in the flower room. I'm using a 3 gallon bucket on top of a 5 gallon. I have my tailpiece in and packed with coco. Right next to the 5 gallon pail I have an 18 gal. tote as my res. I do not however have the bottom bucket of the ppk attached back to the res. I have an elbow in the side of the bottom bucket, about 1 1/2 iches from the bottom. Right now I have the little tube from a waterfarm attached to the elbow, so I can see how much water Is in the bottom bucket. Does all of this sound ok, and right? Will it work like it's supposed to? I have the pulse feed set-up for 2 mins on every four hours. I will take some pics tonight so ya's can see what's up.

good shit high life. i know what you mean about handling all the work yourself lol. im working with a lady that doesnt even know how to adjust ph or mix nutes or ANYTHING. what makes it worse is that shes always so baked and ADD'd out i cant even hold an informative conversation and teach her anything. its bullshit and aggravating but she owns the spot and i handle all the growing. my rent is growing hers for her and in return i get all the room i need.

hey HL/DHF i would like more info on your 4 plant 5 light setup. ive seen a diagram somewhere with x's and o's but now i cant find it. ive got a ~10x10 tent and i have 3 1k's and 4 6's at my disposal and was wondering what your recommendations would be as far as placement. i am running don juan matus style buckets of loose rockwool and loving it.

never mind lol. i saw the post where you said each plant surrounded by light on 3 sides and figured it out.

so here's what im thinking so far:

600w--plant--1kw
plant-- 1kw--plant
1kw---plant--600w

ll in a 10x10 tent in big laundry tubs of loose rockwool DTW. the tent is in a ~30x20 room with a brand new AC unit where i can plumb the central right into the tent and remove more the 2x the air per minute. the outside room will be co2 enriched with a burner and drawn in by fans. nutes are jacks and cal nit and any random additives i have leftover.

i just found the 10 commandments here in this thread and fuck me, if i would have had that all along i would be in the majors by now haha. thanks again guys. there's a few people on here who have been game changers for me, DHF, HL45, don juan matus, flower farmer, D9 etc. thank you all.
