Never order another thing related to growing and have it delivered by a Federal Company to the house you are growing at.
Growing weed now is a slap on the wrist. Dont worry dude. Probation.....if that!
9 plants?.....if thats true, than big deal. Whatever. Nothing to worry about. Even if they knew you were growing, they have to send in a buyer 3 times, to your house before they can score a warrent. Maybe dif elsewhere.

Get pulled over and searched....they find top shelf headies in a few jars, or a backpack with my OD grow stuff/accessories, Gossip from scumbags I dealt with. You know? It happens. Lost some weed here and there along the way. Now I know better.

Now that Im in my 40's.......Im still learning how to be safe. Dont sweat it bro. Stay calm and just always assume they know anyways.
Just dont sell to someone that recently got popped themselves and follow the golden rules of growing.
I think if you felt there was something wrong then something was wrong. Only you know dude. We wernt there.
My gut has saved my ass alot of times. Follow it. But dont sink the ship yourself. If the ship is gonna sink, let the enemy do it. Not yourself.

Then youve never been in a detective room getting interrogated after getting busted with an ounce of premo and they tell you they will squash it all and make it all go away if you make controlled buys for them. LOL.
I played there stupid game. Said I didnt know anyone, but I would look for someone to do it for them. They called me every couple weeks, and I let the fukin pigs sniff my ass for a year before they just finally went away. If you act like you'll play there game and just do the dance for awhile. They usually go away over an ounce.

You are right in the fact I have never,never,been busted for any drug,not bad for a gray haired old man.

Yeah I'm going to just do everything under the assumption that somebody is watching. Nothing like a good scare to remind yourself that anything can happen... Definitely need to figure out some sort of arrangement to order stuff to in the future. I'll just keep my eyes peeled and my ear to the ground.

Federal law Title 21, Chapter 13, Section 802 of the Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act

Section 802. Statue 16 :

(16) The term "marihuana" means all parts of the plant Cannabis sativa L., whether growing or not; the seeds thereof; the resin extracted from any part of such plant; and every compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of such plant, its seeds or resin. Such term does not include the mature stalks of such plant, fiber produced from such stalks, oil or cake made from the seeds of such plant, any other compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture, or preparation of such mature stalks (except the resin extracted therefrom), fiber, oil, or cake, or the sterilized seed of such plant which is incapable of germination.

Possessing viable seeds is treated no different than possessing the dried flowers.

As usual alot of bad information in here. I was busted by ordering seeds and it is easy for them to get a warrant after they intercept seeds. I refused to let them in and they had a warrant a half hour later.
I had my house confiscated and went to federal prison for 30 plants.

When I was down doing my time I talked to some different guys that said they were being transported by the feds and had a stop over in the DEA center in Oklahoma.
in covered parking and hidden away were UPS and FEDEX trucks.

After I was busted I fought it for 18 months and they did send a state drug task force guy to my house to get me to sign a declaration of my fedex account. He was dressed as a driver. I refused.
I recognized him he's the same **** that came to my work guns drawn and belly chained me.

Trust me I spent over 20 grand fighting this.
once Chicago customs found the seeds they called my state customs agency. Who then called the state drug task force who then started a investigation on me.
If your in a med state probably no big deal but if you're in the midwest... Kentucky or Illinois they take that shit very serious.

The investigation showed them nothing after 2 months of watching me. They decided to send out a shit ton of pigs to my house for a knock and talk. 99.9% of people let them in. They are very aggressive.
I refused and they easily got a warrant.

My attorney said the only reason they made a big deal of it was because my house was paid off.
They knew that they could easily confiscate a 120 thousand dollar house.
Something that most guys don't realize is that the feds look at every single cultivation case to see what they can take. If you got stuff that's paid off here they come!

if there is a shit ton of pigs at your door, thats not a normal knock and talk. that sounds more like a planned raid where they were planning to come in either way. probably told the judge they smelled something in front of your house. pretending not to be home is best for knock and talks. but yeah once they are there, they can go sniff your extraction possibly or smell you toking. at that point they can even enter without a warrant in some places, but even if not all it takes is a phone call to the judge.

I read the discovery so it shows clearly they had nothing on me untill the seed interception.

Discovery showed that they intercepted seeds then chose to not send the green tape confiscation notice to alert me of the seizure.
The court documents showed that they then 'red flagged' me and opened all my mail.

I had no idea that the beans were ganked so I contacted company and said that the gear didn't get to me it must of gotten lost.

So I resent the cash thinking everything was cool just lost in the mail.
They were watching everything that came to me so the second interception was snagged and they sent out the dogs to my house

The warrant said.
1. they intercepted seeds going to my p.o box.
2. They looked over the fence and there was bags of soil.
3. The power line from the alley to my house was hanging low. {Which is bullshit.} they said it looked like I was stealing power. I wasn't
4. I was acting aggressive and would not let them in.

That is all it took a judge signed off on the warrant.
