Capt- it's an easy cloner set up. I usually wait for 2 or so inches and then into the soil- which i'm having trouble with as well some plants are taking off others are acting real strange I'll snap some photos and post em maybe some one has seen this before.
Unc- You are correct I used to much light but that was before you told me to knock that shit down a bunch of watts.. thing is the others are rooting like beast's. I'm having hell figuring this one out.. I thought it might be too cold so I through the other 65w on.. I'll go take it off now!

Jb sometimes if they are getting what they want they won't keep rooting, that's why I go in to soil early. I try to have my soil in the cups just a base almost no nutes (for me it's mostly promix and EWC) I try to keep the soil in those cups on the dry side, so that the roots want to move out in that soil. If I see sign of wilt I'll water a little more, and pop a ziplock with some holes in it overtop of the cup. Maybe what I do helps you, maybe not that's just what works for me
What are you trying to do ??? Im similar to that. I use a 16oz cup for my cuutings and seed runs. they live there lives here until im at at least the 5Th node. I then transplant into a 1g pot. her is where they get ther legs. In the 1g they stay here for 3-4 weeks. I do allot of the topping,fim, in this pot. I then transplant in to the finale pot. I like to use the largest pot got he GG as I can. That would be a 10g pot. Plants got a long veg. one was 33" going into flower. I have run out of large pots many times. I had to use my 2-3g pots to flower in. Hope this helps ya. Im in soil to I just mix all of the FF soils together...

been about 56 hours since the glues came down and got manicured and dried in a hanging rack dealy,you'll see in the first pic of one single major branch trimmed,thats about all the time it takes for the bulk of the moisture to be gone,time for a couple days in a brown paper bag to sweat a bit and stabilize in moisture content...which is french for dry enough to go out the door....basically at this point im not going to lose any significant amount of weight,maybe 10-20 grams....
the paper bag weighs 42 grams.....which leaves us with a remainder of 422 grams!! for those of you weak on math like me thats a hair over 15 ounces!!! even given the remaining moisture loss its still going to be a solid 14 ounces from what i consider to be the smaller of the two plants...will be trimming that one friday...

i split the plants this time so to speak,i chopped them both down and hung them in the closet overnight and the next day i manicured one plant down to bag ready buds and dried those in a net rack for 48 more hours but keep in mind its bone dry here,like 17% humidity today so 2 days is enough time for the buds to have dried to just before the stems would snap so now they are in a brown paper bag to sweat for 2 more days.but in that time im not going to lose much more weight so it should still be 14 ounces ready to go.
the second plant is still whole and slow drying with all the leaves still on it,that takes 4-5 days before its dry enough to trim,but then it can go into a paper bag overnight and be jar ready the next day.
