Oh ok. Good to know. I may have to hit you up when I get closer for the hibrix and salt ratios your using for your flush. Thanks bud.

Man Im really getting sick of H & G. Dam shit every time I pour it in the measuring cup I spill it on the floor. The 5l jugs suck dick. Im hoping the hydro store with give me the same price for 5 1 lt bottles or Im changing nutes next grow.
Probably gonna change to CS nutes anyhow got a shit ton

I agree, they do suck. I had an empty liter size of both the a and b and I just refill them from the 5 liter jugs (using a medium size funnel). The first transfer always comes with some spillage, but not too bad. I overlook this when I see the results from the product. I've enjoyed reading your thread... nice work.

U guys could use a 100ml syringe with tubing in the jugs. That's how I do it. No more spills
Would have to fill it four times @ 10ml a gal for a forty gal res. not hard. Just draw back a plunger

Im hoping so. Usually theres already a bunch more. I think its because there so healthy and putting out so much they may just be taking a tad longer.

Been reading through this thread and i don't get what UC is... or RO... sorry...

RO is Reverse Osmosis.. I'm also curious as to what the UC refers to. In most discussions, people define what abbreviations mean early in the article. This method seems to be non existent in this medium. There are too many instances where people refer to a strain by a 2 or 3 letter designation.. for some of the older people in the discussion, this makes some sense, but for some of us (and I'm one of the older ones here) leave us in the dark as to wtf (lol) people are talking about! But.. this has been a great thread to read. Still not completely sold on the Aptus product.

Yes. Under current hydro is the fastest growing hydro u can do. Would love to try it one day myself.

Yeah seems cool. I'm looking at building a DWC-system with reservoir and control bucket. UC seems like almost the same thing. What makes it better?
Also thank you for clearing stuff up :)

From what I understand, and what little I have been able to test, Under Current systems recirculate the water in the system multiple times a minute as opposed to multiple times an hour. The process of recirculating the water in the system that many times, in such a short period of time, creates an environment in the root zone that is highly conducive to root growth while also inhibiting the growth of unwanted types of bacteria (read brown shit in your roots).

The entire design of the systems (Under Current is the name brand) are made in order to promote this rapid re-circulation of the water (the medium in which your roots sit (mostly)). The pvc is oversized as well as the pumps in the system in order to achieve all this.

TLDR: UnderCurrent is merely a super charged Recirculating DWC system that by way of design is far superior in almost every single way to regular RDWC and DWC.

I now have no questions left :) Thank you! Seems simple enough. Maybe i will try to build a 6-pot UC system with a reservoir and run side by side with me regular soil grow. After some room upgrades that is.
