Hmmm... Don't know what state your in since each state process differently. But I would expect them to be back another day/night. Best advise I can give ya is dismantle and hide everything off property with someone that isnt growing or slinging, making sure your not being followed and don't say shit on any phone also. Make a city dump trip even if its just kitchen garbage and get the receipt to cover your track that you thrown it all away. Talk to any lawyer for he/she can explain the process and next step in following up and procedure. Most the time the consultation is free, but don't quote me on that bro.lol.
But thats what I would do in your situation. You can bet your ass there dotting all I's and crossing all T's checking your phone/text records and internet traffic from your IP address. Getting any info of crumbs to see who else they can bust that you associate with.

any decent lawyer will have this thrown out, i would HIGHLY recommend moving! a friend of mine had a similar situation, cops came to his house looking for the previous tenant and barged in and found his grow, they took/killed all his plants and left 6 lbs that he was legally allowed to have, and charged him with all sorts of shit. a few months later when his court date was supposed to take place the police had never filed the paperwork and he was in the clear.
as far as your situation id get a good lawyer, and u can have those cops bent over and fucked without a kiss in no time.

Great attorney hired, equips cleaned a stored & I'm obviously in the process of moving..
Do you guys think that they robbed me or what? Why would they leave equipment and leaves? To add salt to injury they complimented my chic (who I didn't mention previously) on the garden and the narco even gave me the thumbs up as I was being transported. Smh

1400g....can't explain that, maybe they estimated that's how much the dried bud would be, but i'd imagine in a non-med state they'd weigh that whole damn plant and whatever soils stuck to the roots and charge you with that...so count your blessings in a sense.

Anything weird go down in the past 6-12 months? Who knows what you do, and who's hands do it end up in?

this goes back 5+ yrs ago, but lvmetro busted this guy i knew (he actually begged them to do it, literally) and when they got done with the house they left a trail of stems, leaves, broken up plants out the front door & on the lawn... just left it there for all the neigjbors to stare at. lol, such an evil & dangerous narcotic it being

interesting, who knows why they do or don't do some of the shit they do or don't. but as was said the plants are already enough evidence. they always leave a mess behind, be glad they didnt steal, all your equipment too. you will soon know if they put in the paperwork or if they just ripped you off.

They've only been taking plants, cash and nerves, here in Calif., if they bother a legit patient. Which brings me to. Do you have a verified medicinal use?You aren't using your home address on your DL, etc.
They probably questioned, IF you lived there and was hiding the former tenant. Once, the door was open, could they smell the weed?
Seems like illegal search and seizure, for sure. They are not allowed to "push" their way, in your home. The question may be; Was it your home, though? How would they know.
