Just to avoid the spreading of misinformation, since the cookie fam showed up and clarified a few things, I'd just like to correct the following posts:

The forum gs cookies cut is here which I think is supposed to be the original thin mint cut.

I've been trying to read through the 500 page gsc thread to see if the info is in there but have only got about a third of the way through!

Even if s1s/f1s are nothing like the mother, I would've thought they'll still throw some interesting yet varied phenos given the pedigree of Cherry Pie, F1Durban & OG.

Girl Scout Cookies lineage is Floridah x (F1 x Durban). Floridah is a very old OG kush, some say same as Triangle Kush. The pollen came from a F1xDurban cut that hermed.

Cherry Pie is apprently GDP x (F1 x Durban). Cookies has no Cherry Pie in it according to the breeder.

The forum cut is an s1 of the original thin mint cut bred by jigga and grown by pieguy, sfluxcapacitor & the cookie fam.

Think thats was the main reason why there was so much misinformation regarding this strain/cross because of the lack of clarity untill a month or so ago no one know who made it let alone what its made from. Plus it all helps to grease the wheels of the hype train

Only reasons i see them not to say what the "f1" is cause they dont know what it is ( bag seed ) or to hide true lineage so no one can remake it (if they really did make it themself). Also if cookies fam did make the cookies why have they only just come out now and said it why not from the start ??? i know i would do if i made it.

Do i believe it, dont know and dont care just dont want myself or any other grower to be ripped off when trying to get seeds. Too much bull shit in this game and we are the ones who pay the price.

I believe they are the crew that came up with it or at least are close to them. Sfluxcapacitor's instagram pics of the thinmint cut look like a higher yielding version of the forum cut. Tomhill's drunken argument that got him banned when sflux joined here seems to verify that these guys are known amongst the mountain growers in cali and there was some drama when the genetics were let out inthe form of a seeded batch of cookies.

These guys clocked that their accidental cross was something special, the hype went way beyond what they expected, a load of hermie s1s got popped now they're pissed everyone's got cookies, despite not being the selected thin mint cut.

I suppose so I prefer seeds for the longevity, practicality and legality of them but I'd totally love to get any of the cuts mentioned in this thread just to see what the exact genetic expression was that had made it so big... Though the next thing I'd do would be make f1's, s1's and clones to try and recreate it in seed form ;-) or perhaps tweak it slightly

Other than that you would be looking at hybrids or s1s of the forum cut.

Hello HM that sounds interesting to say the least.

I've heard about getting males from selfed seeds but hadn't thought about breeding with them. Does this produce male and female progency?

I think it will produce reg seeds.

The Skunk Va clone is getting dusted by this male too.

ClearBarbedFunk has used such males before with great success.

He was 100% male...stinky minty fuel. I'm expecting some offspring to show intersex traits...but of the ones that don't there's a good chance of some fire!

It will be very interesting to see how the male breeds, especially if the progency are regular male and female.

A pure regular chem line would be groundbreaking. What better place to begin the hunt for some new elites?
