I agree with that, one thing I have noticed too in this industry is that when big shows reach a certain size their cost effectiveness, quality control and yield per light go down a lot. Seems to be at or above the 200 light point but theres always exceptions. Usually to do with the fact that employees will never pay notice to the details that an experienced grower with a stake in the business will.

and this is what will separate an experienced grower from a truly elite grower

the truly elite grower will become an elite ceo, who will break through those perceived limitations and just go for it.. they will be growing in acres of greenhouses in no time..we are only limited by our depth of view.. 1 acre of greenhouses = 40,000 plants @ 2+ ounces per plant, that's 5000+lb per acre.. there are plenty of certified organic greenhouses at the 1+ acre level growing equally difficult crops like tomatoes, and so it will be with weed one day..

uhmmm I was talking about costco..

seems you shop at walmart, so the point is valid.. the lowest priced vendors will rule the market.. marketing 101..

The only thing Walmart is really good for is cleaning supplies and nothing else LOL. I can't think of one thing I have gotten out of walmart that was good!! Not one.. So if you don't mind buying the made in China CRAP then your all good.. What is that saying..." pay now or pay later" lol headband 707:biggrin:

i create the most canna specific nutes, ailment specific beans, grower friendly hydroponic systems, rooms, cuts, medibles, everything. all on my own.

i should have said the only non-profit like me, with all my products. as i rely on no one else for these services. no middlemen with me.

clarence just got some of my gear. there isnt much. and they will be priced very cheap. grow em and decide for yourselves, plus freebees/auction items i have sent.

Wait, so you intend to operate this giganormous growing operation from this one warehouse, and you are also going to have a "classroom" where your "students" can be taught your magical cannabis powers?? Gee, i don't see any problems with that idea whatsoever.

Hold on let me just find an appropriate facepalm pic for you....

Ahh yes here we go

P.S For someone in charge of multiple million dollar grow ops, your level of attention to details ( for one, your own grammar) is simply atrocious. You must be loving all this attention your getting though, even if 98% of it is people making fun of you.

quote me the law or bi-law thats states i cant teach people how to grow weed at a production site, then i will comply

I take it you have never been to costco.

they are paid well there (I hear 20 bucks/hour to start) and underworked, and most importantly they enjoy their jobs.. they actually smile there..

that is not the point that was being made, the point is that large scale guys who have it figured out will be able wipe all the others out, and without sending pounds out the back door.. even pricing a couple bucks below everyone else is enough..

not saying a lot of valid points have not been brought up. but you have to understand that lowering costs to such levels where you can sell at 2.20, will lower your quality. for starters you can not pay trimmers, so your product will be smashed around inside the trim machines, or maybe you will just grind the whole plant up and sell the broken stuff in bags? fan leaves stems and all? so it's not as easy as tomatoes after all. they can be plucked and boxed, no manicuring needed, no drying needed.

then we come to the other limitation, you can only sell to sick people with a license, so you have a limited customer base. it's a big market maybe but it's still limited, you can not sell them tons. all this will limit the ability to produce cheap good quality bud.

maybe once you have fields of cannabis under the sun you can make a profit at 2.20

even greenhouses will not be profitable at that price.

i do agree that having a school for growing based in you production facility would be unwise to say the least. unless you have 24 hour armed security.

thats another point, do you realize how hard it is to find employees that don't rip you off, that know what they are doing and are not too lazy to actually do what needs doing? most don't even see the work, it has to be pointed out. the whole thing is a nightmare and not worth it for 2.20, lol.

thats just my view...

do your canna specific nutes contain boron, silica, cobalt, selenium, nickel, vanadium, iodine, and the other 60 minerals that are required in trace amounts for the most optimal growth by all plants (not just cannabis)?

that was another member who quoted the 2.20 price.. what I am saying is the smartest growers will be able to streamline their op to the max and prices just a couple dollars cheaper than the competition will effectively create a large market share..

for instance you say trimming will be hard, but in the new paradigm it will be all sea of green, in greenhouses, not much trimming there if the strains are chosen wisely, or if r&d is directed towards finding the low trim sog strains.. I have a cut I call jar filla kush because it literally takes 5-10 minutes to trim a whole large plant.. works out to 5 cents per gram to trim, by hand, in a large scale venture.. the key is lots of small plants in sog, we've been here before it's not rocket science..

the greenhouses already exist, just need to be filled.. ever been to southern ontario or the lower mainland, so many acres of greenhouses, growing much lower value crops, if they can make millions off tomatoes well..

don't worry, they're the best ever and that's all you need to know..

if you want to learn from the master you will have to enroll.. there will be lots to learn as med practically wrote the book.. there will even be guest instructors like for instance vagpuncher will be conducting a course called 'how to order seeds 101' (part of the advanced breeding course)

well med I would say is in the class of elite growers if he is at least 10% as good as he says he is, the elites are simply the ones that have the skill and gumption to pull it off on a mega scale.. the ones who see the bigger picture and know how to achieve it.. there are many others they just don't get out much.. not every grower is on the net lol..

So, our friend in Winnipeg got full blown male flowers, not just nanners from Med mouthpieces West Coast Sour Diesel. The shop that sold the dude beans, gave him cuts to make up for the mouth pieces issues. Did not even offer Med mouth pieces beans or cuts just in case. Ya don't want to piss a dude like this off twice.

Till now he has avoided my posts on this, likely cuz he knows its real. Peace GS
