Hi all, thanks for all the comments I'm sorry but I can't reply to everyone, but some of you had some specific questions so I'll answer them and then give you all a much needed update. I've been very lax with this thread because my schedule is way over the top these days but I get at least an hour on ICM each day to keep up with friends and do my bit. It just isn't as exciting at this stage to take pics and talk BS lol BUT today is day 1 flower so things will be getting pretty interesting around here in the coming weeks.
Thanks jm420, I use a drip system to feed the plants. 1 1000Ltr/PH per tray that is controlled with a minute/second cycle timer. here's what my timer looks like, you can choose cycles to last anywhere from 5 seconds to 16 minutes in 5 second intervals. For example, 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 15 seconds etc right up to 16 minutes. Here's the timer and rez's...
If you look to the left you will see a standard timer, on this you choose which times that you want your feeds to kick on at, it is a 15 minute timer. Once you have chosen which times that you want your pumps to kick on at, you then move to the dial on the right, this dial lets you choose how long you want your feeds to last, basically it over-rides the 15 minute timer on the left.
I actually do run the feeds when the fans are running, the fans are up on their legs and are no where near the water because the drip lines are secured onto all points and aren't going anywhere. The fan is around a foot +/- above the drip manifold. If you have anymore questions fire away. Thanks for stopping by.

Hey bro, thank you for the comments and if ya have any questions feel free to post in here. I like to grow 6 plants per 600w but I know others like Bush Dr that only grow 4. It's really down to personal choice but I wouldn't go over 6 plants per 600 because you will get more larf and crappy buds. It all comes down to how much veg time that you want to have, more plants = less veg time & fewer plants = more veg time. I've grown from 4 right up to 9 around a 600 and 6 seems to work right for me with 28 days veg (strain dependent). I really like to grow my root system big before I flip into flower, too many plants and I'm not getting a root system that I'd like but using smaller pots and more feeds is the way to get out of that one
If you need any help with the drip system just shout, it's very very easy to build and maintain, it basically looks after itself. What do you want to know? Thanks for stopping by.
Hey bro, I like to use Calcium, Magnesium, & Trace Mix right up to the first week of flower but I keep a close eye on the gals throughout flower and if I think they could do with a lil extra love I hit 'em with some.

interesteng set up with the donut style and bare bulbs,i'm assuming you hand water and a drain to waste?Or are the fans timed to shut off durinrg flood and drain.I cant imagine you run the fans with water in the tray.
What nutes are you running ,I run dwc and have had success with multiple strains in the same res using gh micro and blooom .Modified lucas so to speak

Hi all, well I done a few hours work down at the grow today and got a lot of shit sorted out. All trays are now active and in use 4x600 & 1x1kw. I built the final drip system although I ran out of the little 4mm t-pieces so I'll have to use 1 dripper per pot until I pick some up tomorrow. The ventilation is working great, temps are mostly around 75F, the maximum they have it was 80F so I'm happy with all that, I just have to get my night temps as close to 75F as possible.
I give all plants a good flush today with 0.5EC solution and a good slap of drip clean threw in for good measures. Some of the plants are packed full of nitrogen where others are lacking a little behind for example the cheese plants are looking like plutonium they are so green and others like KarmaTrain are yellowing up so I'm going to feed everything at 1.2EC (that's with 0.3EC tap water) I'm feeding with Plant Magic A&B, Cal, Mag, Trace Mix, Silicon, & good old Drip Clean. The Cal, Mag, & Trace Mix are only being used lightly 0.1EC if that.

Everything is coming along well mate, once the cal mag whores have settled your be away and flying. How are the nigh time temps mate? I was wondering do you get any issues with the 2 x 10" fans being exhausted through 1 x 10" hole (the 'Y') I'm thinking this will reduce the amount of air actually being pushed through it...
Whats the white dawg like is that tres dawg x the white? You say cash croppers, so I'm assuming they yield well? Star dawg also sounds interesting.
