Got some clones I'm going to turn into mamas. Still don't have my internet up, but will start a new thread when time is right. I hope we will make you guys proud.

People with suggestions for high yielding, high potency outdoor strains, please toss 'm my way. (They'll likely be run in a climate controlled greenhouse.)

Blue Dream

Probably going to run 90% blue dream and then a few each of the others the first round to see if anyone can beat her. The winner from the first round will likely be monocropped from there on out.

I'm also pleased to announce that I was accepted as a tester for HOL's Blue Dream II.

More to come as this story develops.

Interested to see how your pheno hunt goes with the BDII. How many seeds do you get to play with? Do you have the original Blue Dream to compare to? If not, I will be running a room of my Blue Dream pretty soon, and can set aside a sample for you to use as a guide.

I hate trimming .
Would you be better to find what you can stand to trim before your hands hurt and hate it I have found that every 2 weeks 5 hr. of trimming. the rest gos to the hash pot are the trash no mater how much bud is on it I have seen a lot get burnt out from trimming . you be come a slave to the weed

When I run my rooms I try to split the plants with (1/3) 8 week strains, 9 weeks and 10 weeks. This spreads out my trimming. It does reduce the usability of the room for a small period.

Your plan sounds solid Anti !!! 70 days flowering is a great estimate for almost any hybrid strain .
The only thing i see that might fuk with ya is the veg time . 50 days is perfect for indica leaners ... but some sativa leaners would be huge in 50 days . if ya can handle that ... then i'd say your good to go .

It's a tight plan !!!

We have access to (3) trimming machines, I think he will hire out any "detailed" trimming needed but this is going to be mega commercial op.

4 rooms at 3 weeks apart would give you 17 harvests a year with a couple days in between for chop and reset, plenty of time to dry trim and get ready for the next chop and reset. This would be my ultimate goal. you could run pretty much any strain besides long ass sativas and still have them finish properly. just my .02 cents

No cultivar or scheduling suggestions here but ... if you're going to be using light deprivation to control flowering in these individual rooms of big established plants, put some thought into how you'll be doing this.

Are these separate rooms within one greenhouse? A tarp pulled by hand over each room? An automated shade system? A loose tarp or something on a roller? How beefy do the walls of the rooms have to be to take the strain of a cover being pulled? Will each room need to stand separate from the others so that you can walk around each space to manipulate the cover, and store it during "daylight". Will your choice of shade covers come in an optimum precut size? ... Will that help determine the size and shape of the room? Seems this stuff shouldn't be put off as an afterthought but be part of the initial planning to prevent some rude awakenings at the end.

Good questions all.

Basically, I just don't know yet. We're dealing with a greenhouse owner who takes a lot of precautions. We are in negotiations for the space and I haven't even seen it yet.

Ideally, I am hoping for 2-4 separate green houses with automated light dep curtains on motorized tracks.

Once I get the greenlight, I will provide more details about the actual dimensions and conditions we will be working under.

If the greenhouse deal falls through the backup plan would be to run inside a warehouse space and if we do that, i will likely build a bunch of "anti" versions of heath or bobble racks.

I should know something more definite in 8-10 days. In the meantime, I've been going over every possible scenario I can think of in my head.

What I posted last night about 4 rooms, 12 harvests a year was the best of my thinking up until that point.

I was going to wait to post any more until we had something locked in, but I'm going kinda crazy talking to myself about it, so I figured I'd throw my brainstorming session out there for anyone who wants to take a crack at it.

those 3W LEDs are pretty beasty on small plants.
