In the same room we added about teens that were vegged in 1 gallon pots. Strains included Motorbreath (chem d x sfv og), Hells Angels Og, Fantastic 4 (chem 4 x hells angels og), Blackberry Kush, Candy Kush, The Precious OG, and Woody Kush.

After this run of vegged teens, we will return back to the scrog method for the og strains as it definitely makes them more manageable and increases yield.

Kush Mtn Review:
so far, so great! My overall amount of nutrients use is low compared to runs using other company's. PPMs are in check and ALL plants look super healthy. The line seems to be a great choice especially for those using a soiless media. The only changes I see for pure hydro is not to use the humic shale. For hydro the manufacturers suggest an increase in the activator extract product. I have no complaints on the amount of crystal coverage and we are excited about the amount of FUNK these girls are producing.

The next round of girls have had their coco amended with a 50/50 mix of shales. 1 is the calcium enriched shale, and the other more of a flowering amended shale higher in phosphorous and slightly in nitrogen. It contains kelp and soybean as a slow release nitrogen source. Both the kelp and soybean meal act a food source for the beneficials. Regular sprays of Triaconthanol are applied ever 2-3 days to the stalks and lower fan leaves.
