Thanks HGO . They came out pretty well considering I havn't been there hardly at all while they were flowering. Grobro did the best he could, but they were still neglected more often than not..... Buds could've definitely been bigger. They do smell and look pretty good all things considered.

Appreciate the complements guys. Getting to a point where i'm not really needed as much on the new project. All plans are layed and approved, now it's just up to the crew to build 50 identical rooms . I'll still be out there supervising and helping where I can, but i'm going to be home alot more from here on out . Alot of work to be done, as things have somewhat fallen apart in my absence. Grobro was a bit overwhelmed with the work load, and got lazy on me. Though considering he was taking care of this threads garden for free, i'm not going to complain....... Upside of having a mostly empty garden is I have plenty of room to start popping all those seeds i've got lying around. The breeding room will be harvested in about a week, depending on the trichs, then it's back to seed mode in there. Lots of work to be done in the rack room also. Needs to be cleaned up, and all the adjustments made for DTW. Most of what I need is already there, just a matter of finding the time to accomplish everything. Stress levels have been through the roof lately, as a result i've not been feeling/being worth a fuck....... My love affair with pain continues . Really need to seek out the pre 98 bubba again, best pain meds i've ever had. Lost her a few years back and haven't been able to source a legit cut since. Which is fucked, because I have access to pretty much any other elite I want, just nobody in my circle grows bubba anymore........

My old arthritic ass feels Yas D Bro........Pre-98 Bubba was/is the best coffee/hash tastin pain meds I`ve ever had , and ran out a few months back and ain`t been the same since cold weather set back in..........but....last couple yrs I cropped , I got gifted with her and....

I had that bitch and culled her ass cuz she don`t stretch fer shit nor yield dick , and was thoroughly pissed off for wastin time and rotations on a plant that was healthy as fuck and couldn`t even do 1/2 lb per 600 , so I took no cuts , and she was gone in 4 rotations at 2 locations just that quick......and then.......

There was overage/extra from what I scraped up ta get rid of ta pay the bills and threw the rest in a jug and it went in the wine cellar.....

Found that shit 6 months later , hit a few bongs , and fell in love but alas bitch was gone.......Hell.....

If I`d known then what I know now , I`d built a "shrine" headies setup just to keep me on an even keel with my insomnia and joint ailments from all the yrs of abuse.....anyways.......I have "access" to things from old friends from time to time , but no way to "access" em here in Hell with no safe addy......

I want that bitch as bad as you do Bro......Maybe fortune will smile on us some of these days.......

The word on the pre 98 Bubba is that it is much higher than most commercial cuts in CBD. From the way ya'll are describing what it did for you, especially with the inflammation, the CBD report sounds right. Tomorrow I'm ordering seeds including some high CBD strains. Can't decide on a higher CBD/lower THC like Otto#1 or a 1:1 strain like what CBD Crew offers. Some people say the best bang for your buck is a higher CBD strain smoked with a normal high THC strain...I'll let you know.

True "clone only" Chem D was the best of both worlds for yields and top shelf overall quality as bang fer the buck and old school quality for the head and pain management , and that`s why I culled that Bubba bitch cuz she couldn`t hang in a production environment with rotations to feed the beast and pay the bills.......but...

Chem D ain`t Bubba by any shape , form , or fashion when it comes to us old head`s pain management and peace of mind , although it`s near and dear to my heart but for the.....lungs/head/joints/blissful sleep/ etc.....

Ya know when I first got her, same thing. I was pissed as hell! Fuckin no stretch tiny little golf ball buds...... Had something like six lights yield around 4.5 lbs. Wasn't overly impressed with the smoke at first either, probably just jadded about the yield . Couple weeks after the crop came down I was suffering the usual pain and insomnia that accompanies it. Few bongs of the bubba and I was not only back to sleep mostly pain free, it was some the best sleep i'd gotten in years. Luckily one of my patients found these effects much earlier than myself and begged me to keep enough in rotation for him. What's really sad is I can get the fabled cookies, or most of the real og's, etc, but nobody kept the bubba..... No matter, there's bound to be something good in all those seeds i've got . Besides i've always prefered to seek out my own elites.

Almost missed ya doc. Very interested in those thai seeds myself, and the hillbilly haze . I'll be doing a pretty extensive haze breeding project in the not so distant future. Always wanted to grow some c99 also. Actually ended up with the pumello 99 as a freebie . From what i've read it's c99 bred towards the orange peel pheno. Never even heard of an orange peel pheno in c99, but it sounds really dank Can't speak for his strains, but reservationlabs is a cool cat, and definitely does it for the love of the plant. I'll be showcasing everything I got from him and others, once I have some free time again. Might even start another thread just for the breeding room. Cross that bridge when I get there though. Let me know if you grab some of his gear, maybe we can crack them at the same time and do a grow off .

You are really going to enjoy those HillBilly HAZE. Not a commercial strain, but for the connoisseur it is an amazing plant and smoke. Very heady. You will feel it coming on in your forehead, then a warm body, then your mind will start to race as the world and its colors get brighter. Smells of Coffee Grounds and Incense. Some have a Spice smell to them.

I have some in Veg, they will Veg for 60 Full Days before they are flowered so they will be very hard to keep under height control (I am also vegging my Thai's for 60 Full Days).

I'm definitely more than a lil OCD, but the amount of seeds has more to do with experience. Let me explain, last time I did a serious pheno hunt it took me about 500 seeds to find 5 worthwhile mothers. 3 of them were truely world class in everyway. So I figure if I crack all ~300 of the seeds i've recently purchased I should find one or two mothers worthy of keeping around . This is all part of the process that will lead me to 10 lbs off three 600's. Genetics are just as important as enviroment.

jesus.. really it took u that many seeds to find that little amount of keepers? how do u go threw that many seeds.. and only find a couple keepers? do u have a checklist that u go by? or something i just wana find out why this is . because maybe the keepers ive found in packs are not the best pheno and theres better out there lol iunno im just curious how u decide on a mother.

Don't lie bro the Straw DD stomps all over most plants for yield and potency... You just haven't made enough space for her yet.

grow 500 seeds and you'll have your answer. There's 50 that damp off in the beginning before they're even sexed. Runts. 50% are males. It's easy to find a good plant in 10 seeds... but if you want a great plant, it's better to run 100. If you want a few great plants... well you had better run 300 at least.
