Sentencing guidelines vs. Sentencing

it's public knowledge. search your state's supreme court website. go to case info and so, forth. you need a specific individuals name and the jurisdiction of they're crimes. regardless, you need to be specific. if, you're trying to find out what your situation would be like and you don't have anything on your record, in most cases you would come off alright. never talk to police! if, you have a violent crime on your record then your guidelines are going through the ceiling(i know). most states have some sort of detention-diversion program for non-violent offenders. no violent crimes and you should be good in the majority of states, as long as you don't start running your mouth and implicating yourself. do your time come home and get back to getting it.
