lol. i knew you couldn't keep away from showing us your wares man:peacock:
looks to me like there's just a little tickle going on there already.

so whats that thing goin on in the picture with the pop bottle? just below it, that looks like some prototype 70s synthesizer whats that all about?

as always, your pictures are top notch and do the girls credit. thanks for showing them.

Hey brother...the pop bottle is my home made CO2 dispenser and the synthesizer, as you call it, is my DIY LED light which there is a link to but I'll post it here again..

It's the thread from start to finish of my LED project...

looks great vukman!

I am loving leds more and more especially as I see them finish LOL. I can't wait to see these girls of yours finish up. It looks like you have some yielding phenotypes that you are running so that is exactly what our LED community needs more of.

Also I really can see having a 300 - 400 watt led panel running 8 plants in 2 gallon pots and getting 2 ounces per plant ( with the right pheno ), what are your thoughts on that and do you see it feasible? A pound using less than 400 watts? I see that strain you have there would be prime to test the theory with.

Hey Medmaker420...dude.>!!!!! I seen your latest images your posted of your girls!!! HOLY FUCK!!!! They are just unreal! You ask me what I think is feasible? I honestly just don't know where the ceiling is any more.

I think it is quite possible now, as you mention with the right strain and given enough veg time, that a pound under 400W LED is very doable!

Lookin good. So what are you going to do with the rest of your panels?

Our main 'partner' just got back from vacation in Europe with his daughter and he came over and is really interested in the DIY LED. We are opening up a new grow location soon and this one is mine to watch over so I've been given free reign over a room in this warehouse and that's where my 'workshop' and experimentations will be taking place from now on.

It might be another month or so before we get the place up and running.. It's an old warehouse/office area so there is some work to be done before it is ready for growing but at least this time it's mine to 'supervise' so.........MUHAHAHHAHAH.......yes...be very careful..Mad Scientist at work..:D

The girls are looking very good brother ! It's so nice to see a thick stem which suddenly turns into a fluffy hairy bud

Do you intend to do some training on the girls to keep the stretch minimal or let them grow as long as they wish ?

:good:

Kindest.........thank you so much for your kind words and for following along...always nice to have more people who comment and give advice along the way.

Hempfield.....again, glad to see you're better my friend. Yes, it is very nice to see that hairy fluff on young women;)...ahahahha...(little sick sexual humour there). I think they are pretty much done stretching considering we are coming into the 3rd week of flowering but if they do stretch too much more, I'll probably just tie the tallest stems down a bit so the canopy is a bit more even but that's about it.

Thank you everyone for following, lurking and well.......just being here...

P.S. Hemp...yes, I took your advise as well as a few others who kept saying to put my threads into my sig....

A bit of a change

A bit of a change

Hi All:

The day time temps are not as high as I would like them to be so I did a bit of switch around. Still staying LED but putting back the 2 original panels I started with which are predominantly 630 reds. Have the specs somewhere but the main reason, as I mentioned is to raise the day time temps.

They were down to the low 20's and with these lights, they popped up to the high 20's and since I'm still using the home-made CO2, the closer I am to the low 30's, the better they will process the extra CO2 they are being given.

Anyway, each panel is at around 300W (~294-295) and here are the pictures...

picture.php

I'm gonna be totally psychotic on this one and when I get more yo-yo holders or ratchet holders, whichever comes first, I'll put the other lights in there as well......Want to see if I have enough LED power so I need to use a welder's helm to care for my babies...LOL...

picture.php

The rod in the middle is an old metal broom handle which is what I need to make another holder rod as well...hehhe.......practical doesn't always have to mean high-tech..;)

get that vukman led diy panel in there somewhere, you know there is room somewhere but then again maybe not. I get the need to raise temps because if you don't, those plants will look frozen in time for weeks and never grow anywhere.

we need more L E D Power (-; get that vukman led hung and soon you will be able to see which portion of your grow tent grows best and get your own testing going on with your diy versus the others.

great shots man!
