Tacoma, that first pic looks fucking incredible, nice job!

Nice 9 hour trim session went on with the ganja plants today, fucking hate trimming especially at the end when you're all done and your like YES! until you remember you still have to hang it all up....These and the pure kushes are the only thing I have to show for the summers run...Threw away one of the two blueberries I had left and about to toss the other, fucking thing is done on parts of it and 2-3 weeks behind on other parts, it just a reminder of how poorly i treated my plants this summer and I just want to turn the page. The only thing that pisses me off is only having 2 kinds of buds to smoke on til next harvest I know I'll get bored quick, sound like a spoiled fuckface saying something like that, but its true....

here is the pure kush started to flush her the other day gonna get another 10-14 days...I was finger fucking some of this bud tonight and the lime is coming out, it smells like og kush but rather than the lemon funk in your face fuel, it's more kush with a lime undertone. It was more earthy kush smelling for the longest time, can't wait for this stuff...

I'll post some dry nug shots of the ganja when its done...

Very pretty bud shots Otto.
I feel the same way as you. I'll get bored with just 2 strains. Thats why I grow 6 new strains every grow. I want to grow and taste every strain on the planet. LOL

Ya Otto that was my thought too -- save the blueberries for bubble season, or make bho... It'd be dank using fresh dried material.

NEG -- good find brother, what's the article about? What's with the authors caption "for a guy who's been smoking pot half his life, why is it I feel so uneasy now" or something like that.

The blueberry is in good hands now, taken by a friend of mine....thing was pretty much finished up on 75% of the plant so it got chopped down and made room for the new round....I just couldn't take much longer looking at that thing and knowing it went to a good person it was a win win to be honest......Got a game to play day 12 of flowering and I've been feeding 3 plants with aptus nutrients and 3 with my regular feeding schedule can anyone tell which plant is getting fed with the expensive ass stuff????

I don't think I'd be able to tell if I wasn't the one feeding them its still early but this run run here should be a honest judgement of whether or not these nutes are worth the shit ton they cost....I used the fosilitor for a run with a few plants and no other aptus additives just my normal stuff and then I used the whole aptus line on the ganja plants that looked very nice, which is a good sign but no indicator of whether not I can recommend people open their wallets just yet. I want to see how the ganja plants stack up with my regular fed schedule, which will be started in just a couple more weeks. It be unfair of me to use the aptus line 1 run and praise it or claim I know a lot about it. A side by side of genetics and feedings will be strong proof, then the ganja plants ran with my regular nutes will be the final conclusion for me at least.

Otto,

If it's the ultimate skunk on the left, I can definitely tell a difference... Looks a lot perkier..

I cant tell a difference really .. There are minor differences in them but that doesn't mean much ... .. Weeks 5&6 should be a truer test and really it could come down to the final taste/quality test if you cant tell a difference w/o knowing which is which.

Amazing looking plants!! And great strains .. I got 1 BB clone left that has survived .... so far .. my first attempt at cloning in coco .. lessons learned

BiO, good eyes your right about the chem sis on the left, aptus plant, but I am with GG the real answers will be in the yields, appearance, taste, smell, etc. Still to early to tell if its doing anything, I will say this though that $400 bottle of facilitator is suppose to slow stretch down, tighten up nodes, and bush plants out more naturally....well I don't think I am really seeing a difference at all yet in that department, plus when I ran the stuff with the ganja cut it was my first time growing that plant so I had no idea how she grew normally, so I can't say I saw a difference with it.

GG, I have never tried cloning in coco and recently took a bunch of cuts using rockwool. Well I am a bubble cloner guy for the rest of my life, so easy and keeps the plants growing so shit veg much quicker. My rockwool cuts compared to the bubble cloner cut not even close in the growth department, they look small and puny side by side. Build a mini home made bubbler cloner and I bet you won't get worse than 50% success rate....

I was going to guess left also.... but even then not all that much of a difference. Did you run the facilitator on the PK your last run? Cause I know that girl stretched for the sky! Haha. What do you use as your base nutes Otto?

Tyga, that is a good point I did run the facilitator on the PK's with the ganja plants and used flora nova as a base, didn't seem to stop any stretch on the PK's...then again that was my first grow with that cut as well, won't be fair to say until the PK's get the regular regimen, but how much more stretch can really happen with that cut I flowered it out at about a 12-16'' and it ended up 5 feet tall.

I recently had to use some rockwool cubes to take some clones, and I had the same experience. I would say that only 7 of 12 survived, and for the ones that did, took 4 weeks to finally show a small amount of growth. I usually use the brown foam-ish cubes for clones and get roots in 7-10 days with 90% success.

Root plugs work good, I have no complaints other than price... but I prefer pro mix for cloning in, I get bales for $30 and it lasts months, because that is all I use it for. Mist cloners are a bit overkill for cannabis IMO, I made one, but I save it for hardwoods and other things that require a bit more TLC to root. I recently made a wick cloner that is a modified version of the one I use for roses. I am using Napa Floor Dry part 8822 in 3oz solo cups, with shoelace wicks, and it is working beautifully. I might switch to this when I run out of pro mix, as it is more versatile and handy to have around in general.

The key with pro-mix, or loose fill medium for clones is that you need to pack it in the container at the perfect density, or it won't work. Once you get that down, they pretty much stick every time.

Damn Otto .. 4 hundo a bottle .. .. Tell me it's liquid gold ;)
For $400 .. The bud should be night n day
Let's take a guess .. Are all the aptus plants pictured to the left? Thatsmy guess lol

Yeah I've got a home-made aero cloner that I'm tweaking to stop leaks and hold the proper temp range 72-75 without constant work.
I think the coco would have faired better but it got too wet and rh under the tray was so high that the coco wouldn't dry out but now I got the proper cycle going to keep it moist but more on the drier side.

The Aero Clone method is the best way to clone.

These Critical+ and Blue SharkTooth clones where just t/p'ed from the cloner to 1g pots the day before. Look at how healthy and vigorous they look right out of the cloner.
No shock. Only 1 out of 26 cuttings yellowed abit. 100% success rate every time. Plus, they keep growing as they root.
Ive never lost a clone I didnt want to loose out of my EZ-Clone 120.

The room got a new look, bent everything over and should be good on head space here on out. I also broke into my Hydro Innovations CO2 and changed the jumper relays so that my CO2 runs at 900-1100 instead of 1300-1500, we'll see if it makes any difference but I for a while wanted to turn my PPM's down on the Co2 but was to cheap to buy a good one, thankfully the member Guest showed me a great thread about how to change the setting on those HI monitors, thanks again man! Also I have to say that after two weeks and seeing side by side growth nothing overly impresses me with those Aptus nutrients as far as early growth, very little difference if any in the plants.....only 15 days into flowering so still plenty of time, but I was hoping to see something significant using that Facilitator....

I ran 1100ppm's on this last one Otto. I've never seen so much pistil growth. Daily! I was feeding them 1750ppm's. I only used it/needed it weeks 4-6.
