I gained 25 lbs of muscle of in 6 months from ...of course a lil help from PheraPlex..Transdermal Test Base...and Soon Superdrol !!
Beastdrol and Superdrol are the same compounds and I've read that effective today Beastdrol is now a banned and illegal substance compliments of the Federal gov't. Not certain about Superdrol, but if its the same, it wouldn't surprise me if both are now illegal.

i work out 6 days a week

typical week would be

M ....... upper body
T ....... abs and cardio
W ...... lower body
Th ...... abs and cardio
F ........ upper body
Sa ....... abs and cardio
Su ............ beer!!!!!!!! praise jebus!

i pick 3-4 exercises per muscle group and do 3-4 sets of 15. i'm getting older so i'm not really trying to gain mass anymore, so i do lots of reps,lots of super sets and lots of circuit training. i'm also a lot more careful about food than i use to be. no fast food EVER, and most of what we eat we cook.

i would argue that a good Bass Ale is better for you than a Mountain Dew especially if you are active enough to burn off the carbs
 
yeah i belive superdrol and all its clones are now banned...IT's funny because superdrol was probably the most harmful out of many of the prohormones, methylated or not, yet the last to be banned...

i was in the supplement industry for almost 12 years its uncanny how similar that and the hydro industry are.

Methyl Masteron...I remember when Sledge of DS first made this compound over at AM...Its pretty ruthless on some people...take a huge hit to your lipids and Liver...

Hence the reason we now have TUDCA ... I never exp the bad sides from Superdrol because I always Pre-Load with Cycle Assist and a few other goodies... Always took Superdrol with a Test Base to off-set the shitting feeling you get...keep lots of Taurine on hand ..because those cramps are the worst...

I gain like Crazy on the Stuff and Strength goes Nutts.... all this with eating Mad Carbs on Cycle... Superdrol love some Glycogen ... M1T was my favorite!!! Death in a bottle ..gains like He-Man in 3 weeks

Btw the Superdrol Ban Date is August 29th...stock up for cheap while you can...$10-15 a bottle right now...after ban they skyrocket in value and can be sold for a nice profit online... Use that paperwork to score some dank beans :)

Carbs and glycogen, eh? Much water weight gain? How much retained after PCT? Ever thought of EQ? Takes awhile, but good solid gains even after PCT.

Ive done 16 weekers with EQ,TEST,Deca,Tren... Superdrol leans you out while eating like a complete PIG! It makes you stronger then anything Injectible...3 weeks is all you need.. You can always retain like 90%+ of your gains if you play PCT right...

Being growers...we have so much Ganja to smoke ...it helps maintain gains in PCT...usually your appetite tanks a dump...same while on Cycle with some Steroids..Smoking overrides that shit and good lord...makes you eat eat eat... Protien Synthesis at its finest...

Also during PCT you can take SARMS such as (Ostarine) MK-2866

Its going to the be the next focus of all these talented Chemist...since it seems come the Jan1st 2013 all ProHormones will be banned and it gives the DEA some gnarly ability to add whatever they want to the BAN list ASAP...so no renaming shit and grey area freebies... so time to for SARMS to shine

Everyone reacts different to these compounds...they are not for everyone... Some of our bodies are more geared to be ran like Machines than others..sorry

Just join a Crossfit affiliate. You will be in the best shape of your life in a relatively short amount of time. I fell in love about 16 months ago. Life changing shit.

when people are doing workouts that are hard on joints, which many are, you should be taking glucosamine or something else like msm to promote cartilage growth.. especially as you get older and need more because of arthritic deterioration..

Just do it. Get out there and "move". Lift, run, walk...do whatever....just "move"...Get up and change the channel, take the stairs, park at the edge of the parking lot.

I know Crossfit...Its not for everyone just as P90X isn't.

I don't do kettles, but for about a year all I did was dumbbell routines and got great results.

all the "magic" pills scare the shit out of me so i stay away from them. a gym rat friend of mine had quadruple bypass surgery at 46 years old ........ he was the guy with all those bottles in his bag back in the day (and he told me repeatedly that "juice" was safe). i'm glad i passed on that shit!

You definitely need to be careful and know what you're doing. I've got a kid who we've known for years go "on" and I tried to give him advice on what to do and how to do it. He completely disregarded everything I told him and opted to listen to the "juiceheads" in the gym instead. End result? At the age of 25...erectile dysfunction for a loooooong time. He's probably lucky that's all that happened to him. His girlfriend even had discussion w/ Seamaiden on the umm...."problems" it caused between the two of them as a result of it. LOL!
