2 gal airpots. they are a pretty sweet combo. blumats, coco and airpots FTW
heres a pic pf a small herijuana bud. still has a week or so left on it left. the strange jackberry kush looks to be almost done. 100% cloudy but only like 1 or 2 amber to be found yet. i say strange because it developed super slow to the point i thought it was gonna be an 11 week sativa and then the next thing i know the buds are done at 7 weeks and never really filled in a whole lot. they are frosting up pretty good and all the hairs are almost all red

no i bought two 12 packs a few months apart. a few guys on this thread have bought the 50 packs though. im not sure what they come with. ive wondered that myself. im helping a buddy set his up in a few weeks. he's tired of climbing under huge plants in a scrog to fill 5 gal DWC's lol
my only female jackberry kush plant seems to be a bit of a dud lol. small buds that are decently resinous but there seems to almost NO smell on first inspection. when i really rough em up there is a disgusting rotten meat and garlic smell that is extremely captivating lol. i dont think im gonna keep her around but we will see. she is finished right at 7 weeks and i will begin the flush tonight for maybe a week then chop time for her. the herijuana will follow about a week behind and then the rest shortly after. im gonna be busy the next 2 weeks

hand water the shit out of your pots, wait 24 hours or so until the moisture in the coco looks perfect then install the blumat and dial it in til you get a clinging droplet. should only drip like every 10 seconds or so. any more than that and you risk overflow. use saucers under your plants individually so you can see which ones are over watering if any. u dont want any runoff. just constantly moist coco at the perfect moisture content

1. I've got eight 7-gallon air pots in a 4x4 space. What would your recommended number of blumats be? The pots are lined up in two rows of 4 pots in each row.
2. How high would you recommend that the reservoir be at? I have a shelf that's about 10 inches above the top of the pots. Is that enough height? I can easily adjust my shelf to go higher.

i would say 2 blumats per 7 gal pot to be on the safe side. they should be able to handle that just fine. my res is about 3 feet in the air and it just sits on a small metal storage rack. it holds about 25 gals so there is plenty of pressure in my lines from the weight of 20+ gallons of water. my next to do is to make a secondary res that constantly tops off my other. im thinking a 55gal drum and some ebb and flow fittings should work great. ive got a few extra pumps that i just use for mixing nutes.

thanks guys! i'll try and keep the good info coming. gonna do a small DIY on the blumat res with uniseals since i have a TON of 1.5 in pvc pipe size uniseals leftover from a botched hydro build lol. EPIC waste of money on my part when i could have been running BLUMATS this whole time. would have saved hundreds and a ton of heartache over a failed build. nothing sucks more then when you plan and build something DIY from scratch and it fails miserably haha. good times.
ALL of my seeds germinated and are looking healthy and nice. no runts yet. ive got critical kush, tsi fly, sweet tooth and tnt kush on the way and im ordering six more strains tomorrow. ive pulled my jackberryXko kush out and locked her in the bathroom to flush lol. gonna give her a 3 day dark flush with flora kleen and drip clean. not sure if the dark helps or not. i dont really care i just want to feel like ive made some progress and something is almost done lol. the rest have been dropped down to about 700 ppm or so and will go about a week maybe two longer tops. ive started adding 5gal fresh water for every top off from here on out to gradually starve them to yellow. the herijuana needs to come down soon as well. i really like that plant and that is an understatement for sure. that thing is awesome looking and its packing on frost like crazy. the fringes are starting to purple but i dont think it will carry over to the buds unfortunately lol. i will reveg her for sure because i only have 1 clone that was taken at week 2-3 of flower and its not growing much yet and i want to have backup. anyways here she is in all her glory. the pictures make her look much more impressive than in person lol. shes a pretty plant but i will not be running her again. this is the end of the line for her as well as 2/3 white widowXbig buds. i have found a pheno im partial to and im sticking with her and the ak that i had left that didnt hermie like the rest from last run. shes a beast! baked potatoe sized buds of pure stank.

oh and i know it looks early in the pics but the trichs are all cloudy and perfect shape as of two days ago with several that were amber as well. by now i should be at about 25% amber and after the flush closer to 50-75% range. i want a good balance but maybe i will let her go in the dark for a few more days. i dont think it will hurt anything. shes done filling in so im not losing out on herb at all

i swear im not intentionally bumping my own shit lol but i was looking at the first post on here and you can see the baby ghost chili that a buddy of mine got me ofr my birthday a while back. look at her now! i read that they are one of the slowest growing chili varieties which im finding out to be true. she is about 4 months old and just finally getting big under the 400 in my SOG tent with maxibloom. she seems to be liking it ok so far. i want to get her monstrous and put her outdoors in a huge clay pot.

Just ordered 50 pack yesterday so i'll know next week what exactly they come with. I think it's just the cones though, no fittings or 3mm feed tube.
Edit: Got my blumats. The 50 pack comes with ~8" of 3mm feed tube and a 1/4"(8mm) tee fitting on each blumat.
so i had my first major fuckup with blumats last night lol. i pulled that jackberry ko out of the tent and instead of tying the end of the drip line like i normally do i just tightened down the screw valve on the blumat itself. BIG MISTAKE lol. i walked in to 20+ gal of water in my tent floor this morning. good thing they are water proof other wise i would have jacked up my floor. lets hope the seals dont leak before i get off work tonight when i will have time to shop vac out the water. fingers crossed haha
